Mint Villa - Near sea - private pool 6 BR

1. Please ensure you show a valid indentification at the Reception Desk.
 Foreign guests: Please present your passports with valid visa.
 Vietnamese: Please show valid I.D. cards, or any other legally equivalent documents.
2. . Only use Bluetooth speakers, with moderate volume. Please keep quiet after 10:30 pm.
3. Check-in time: 14.00hrs: Check-out time: 11.00hrs (noon).
4. Note: After party or bbq is finished please clean up the dishes and litter neatly. Villa will charge in case not cleaned offline.
5. Weapons, toxic materials, explosives of inflammable items are not permitted within the villa.
6. Please note that pets are not permitted inside the villa.
7. Cooking in the guest rooms is prohibited. Please use the kitchen area if you want to cook!
8. Strong smelling fruits, (i.e, Durian) are not allowed inside the guest rooms.
9. Gambling, prostitution and usage of drugs within the hotel is in violation of state regulations.
10. Kindly deposit your valuables at our reception. Our villa is not responsible for any loss of your valuable unless it is deposited at our reception.
11. Please familiarize yourself with all fire prevention and emergency procedurs.
12. Guests will be responsible and charged for any damage, loss or breakage of villa property.
13. Please do not throw garbage, food, or damage the pool. Penalty of 3 million VND or more when intentional.
14. Pre-set items cannot be moved from room to room. Any changes must be reported and approved by the villa owner.
