## Communication & Compliance
- All communication should be done via Airbnb messages.
- Local law requires passport info from all guests for reporting to Hội An. Please share after booking.

## Guest Count & Visitors
- No unregistered visitors, pets, or overnight guests without prior permission. Extra overnight guests will be charged $20 per person per night for the full reservation period.
- If you are under 25 years old or live within 50 km of the property, please contact us before booking.
- The reservation must be made by someone staying on the property.

## Utilities & Equipment
- For stays longer than 7 nights, electricity usage is included up to 100 kWh per day. This is an ample allowance for normal use, any excess will be charged at local rates. More details available upon request or after booking.
- Turn off all appliances, ACs, and lights when leaving the property. If left on for too long, circuits may trip or equipment may overheat and become damaged, which may result in additional repair charges.
- When entering the property, do not turn on multiple high-power appliances simultaneously as this will cause a power outage and trip the circuit breaker.

## Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
- Early check-in or late checkout require prior approval and will incur additional fees.

## Cleanliness & Condition
- Please leave the property in reasonable condition, excessive mess, food waste, or damage beyond normal use will result in an extra cleaning fee or repair charges.

## Noise, Parties & Smoking
- No parties or events without prior written approval.
- No loud music or disruptive noise after 10 PM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, vaping is ok. Please smoke outside.
- No professional photography, filming, or commercial use of the property without prior written consent.

## Security & Responsibility
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- The host is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Any damage must be reported immediately. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.
