Even with all the windows closed, it is still extremely noisy in front of a large school or any time a group of students is having a break. There is also a neighbor who has a very noisy dog, which you'll hear in the bedroom. Bedroom ac is good, but the livingroomac is not working well. Dirty smell in the bathroom, flushing the toilet causes the smell to enter the kitchen sink for some reason. Bottled beverages are the only things you can keep in the fridge since the freezer compartment leaks water into the fridge. During our stay, the internet was not functional. Also, the clock in the livingroom was out of battery. The couch is quite filthy. There is no cold water, it is boiling hot during the day and cool at night, it is pleasant but not cold. A urine odor is present in the bedroom closet. The bed is between the single and double dimensions, the two of us are too small to use. There is an electronic lock on the front door, but that didn't function, so we had to use a challenging key instead.

The bathroomlights were broken, so after rp, nothing in there is still visible. Rain shower does not work, hand shower has very low pressure. Bedroomdoor cannot be closed. I was on the top floor, and it was still very noisy, even with all windows closed, it was right in front of a large school where at any time a group of students was taking breaks. There is also a neighbor with a very loud dog, which you can hear in the bedroom. Livingroom ac is not working well, bedroom ac is good. Dirty smell in the bathroom, and if I flush the toilet, the smell comes out the kitchen sink for some reason. The freezer compartment is leaking water into the fridge, so you can only keep bottled beverages there. Internet wasn't working during our stay. The clock in the living room had an empty battery so it wasn't working either. The couch is very dirty stained. The bedroom closet smells of urine. No cold water, it is boiling hot during the day, but it is okay but not cold at night. The bed is between single and double sizes, too little for us. The front door has an electronic lock, but it also doesn't work, so we had to use a difficult key instead.
