★ Please find details our procedure as below:
1. BEFORE ARRIVAL
We will send you message to reconfirm reservation and give you all information to help you check-in smoothly.
Late check-in : There is no limit in check-in time. You can check-in no matter how late it is (PLEASE GIVE ME FLIGHT NUMBER OR TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE).
Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, Please wait at receptionist.
2. ARRIVAL
Check-in time is 14:00.
3. DEPARTURE
Check-out time is 11:00 noon.
Late check-out (LCO): Request of LCO without extra charge will be considered subject to availability depending on coming booking.
Late check-out with charge: If guest requests to ensure 100% for LCO, the additional fee will be applied and need to book in advance.
★BREAKFAST OR DINNING SERVICE AT YOUR APARTMENT:
- The price is NOT INCLUDED Breakfast. Breakfast can be served at your apartment by our butler with extra fee (booking in advanced).
Or you can have buffet breakfast at the restaurant.
- We provide BBQ services ( booking in advanced)
- We have some drinking and light food in mini bar with charged
If guest use any services in the restaurant that would have to pay directly for as service as using at the restaurant
★ CLEANING SERVICES:
- We always provide clean towels and bottles water for everyday
- We provide laundry services for dirty clothes
- We will come to clean your apartment every day 9 am - 13 pm.
- Cleaning time will be arranged subject to availability.
★ PICKUP, CAR RENTAL, TOURIST SPOT TICKETS SEVICES:
- We provide pickup 2 way from airport to accommodation and vice verse with fee (Normally will be cheaper than you book another service)
- We provide car rental services for travelling ( fee will depend on time and fare), we will consult detail if you need
★ DEPOSIT AND REFUND:
We request 100 usd for damage deposit when guest check in, if it has not any damage, we will refund fully for guest when guest check out.
★ EXTRA SERVICES WITH FEE:
- We provide extra bed
- Bed Guard for babies
- Baby Bathtub with fee
- High chair dinning for babies
All services need book in advanced
★ ABOUT SAFETY AND PROHIBITION
- The Guest need to TAKE CARE safety of yourself (special children and babies) when swimming at pool, beach.... We do not have responsibility if have any risk of guest.
- It is prohibited that prostitute, gambling, heroin, cocaine, narcotics brought into THE ACCOMMODATION under prevailing law set by the Government of Vietnam, guests to assume their responsibilities or any perjury to be punishable under law.
- Do not smoke inside accommodation
★ FINALLY AND IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT VALUABLE THINGS IN OUR ACCOMMODATION:
- You should take care and keep your money and valuable things ( Diamond, Gold Ring...) by yourself. Your loss or damages are out of our responsibilities.
