Quiet time after 9.30pm
Please be aware that the following security is in place for safety: One camera on front door to capture entrance and deter thieves. There is also one camera in living room to capture entryway, discourage theft, and note number of guests. If guest request , we will turn off immmediatelly
- Don't make a noise after 9: 30 . Please respect our neighbors and refrain from incredibly loud noises.We have lovely local neighbours so we ask you to be considerate after 9: 30pm in regards to noise. Its a very peaceful village and the locals start the day at sunrise and go to bed early.
- No food in bedroom. Please enjoy your meal in our kitchen.
- No move furniture
- Please turn all the power off in your room when you are outside.
- Do not tape anything on the wall as it will pull out the paint and you may have to pay for repaint the entire wall (not just touch up because it won't work that way)
- When guests use the kitchen, please clean it after you are done. There will be an extra charge of $10 if the dishes are not kept clean. (Ex: Dirty dishes in the sink when we cook breakfast in the morning, there will be an extra charge).
- MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. Any other guests should come with asking for permission from the host in advance. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around
- NO PARTIES & EVENTS. If you would like to host an event (i.e. Wedding Anniversary, Proposal, NOT PARTY), please kindly ask for permission from the hosts in advance. If guests are found to have had a party/event without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting
