- Breakfast is not included in the villa. So you can have breakfast at the restaurant of the resort and pay there or prepare your own breakfast in the villa. You can also bring your own food and cook in the villa.
- If you need a maid during your stay such as assist with day chores over your stay; help you find things, chop vegetables, wash-up, keep clean, cooking, etc then give her TIPS.
- Standard acommodation is 10 adults and 4 children under 11 years old. Surcharge of 1,000,000vnd for each extra adult and 500,000 vnd for each extra child WITHOUT EXTRA BED and will be paid upon check-in. (Số khách tiêu chuẩn qui định trong villa là 10 người lớn và 4 trẻ em dưới 11 tuổi, nếu vượt quá số lượng người ở theo qui định này, Qúy khách sẽ trả phụ phí là 1,000,000 vnd/người lớn/đêm và 500,000 vnd/trẻ em/đêm khi check in (Qúy khách tự sắp xếp chỗ ngủ và không bao gồm giường phụ).
- Treat our house like you would your own, it is a special place.
- Security Deposit: 2.000.000 vnd. If you damage the home, you may be charged for the damages.
- Transportation will be provided upon your request to pick you up from the airport or return with car 7 or 16 seats with reasonable cost.
