This is the rules at Mai Kenny homestay:
- As it is a homestay, you will manage the apartment yourself during your stay, we will support online if you need.
- For the safety in the apartment, please do not open the door to any strangers knocking, only open the door when receiving a direct notification from us.
- Please keep the apartment like your own house, water the plants daily, keep the general cleaning, save electricity, turn off the electrical system when leaving the apartment, only use the things that are already laid out on the countertops, do not move things. No pets, no smoking in the room and no parties, need to be cleaned up after eating, put in the trash, wash dishes after eating, no parties, no drugs.
- Be conscious of keeping the apartment:
We will charge a fee if there is a vandalism, deliberately unkept the apartment as follows: from 100,000vnd (4usd) to 200,000vnd (8usd) for dishwashing mess/washing excessively dirty linens/cleaning sofa/carpet cleaning/missing card/room unlocked...
