Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00 the following day. For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact our staff in advance; additional surcharges will apply.

Payment: Full payment is required upon check-in/receipt of the villa.

Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making loud noises or singing karaoke after 22:00. Guests are fully responsible for any legal issues or fines imposed by the authorities regarding noise disturbances.

Identification: All guests must present a valid passport or ID card to the front desk/host upon check-in.

Personal Belongings: Please look after your own property and valuables. The villa management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal items.

Furniture & Equipment: Please do not move or rearrange furniture and equipment. Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to villa property and must reimburse according to current market value.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, explosives, flammable substances, illegal drugs, and contraband are strictly forbidden. Gambling and prostitution are strictly prohibited within the villa premises.

Guest Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the original registration. Any additional guests must be reported and are subject to extra person fees.

General Hygiene: Please maintain general cleanliness. An extra cleaning fee of 500,000 VND will be charged in cases of excessive mess.

Kitchen Policy: Please wash all dishes and cooking utensils after use. A surcharge of 200,000 VND per set/tray will be applied if the kitchen is left uncleaned.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

Check-out Procedure: Before departure, please settle all outstanding bills and return the keys to the housekeeper.
