- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

This breathtaking contemporary home offers a perfect interior combination of modern comfort and traditional material such as White local stones, timber, and bamboo providing a great balance of style. Natural light is welcomed through large glass doors and windows, with one leading out to the garden and the pool.
Designed with entertaining in mind, the property is filled with plenty of retreat areas over a land of 500m2. The tropical landscape gardens surround the outdoor decking, which makes it a perfect zone for entertaining.
Last but not least, the villa is equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi, centered in the swimming pool for a great relaxing time. We have a parking lot for one car and motorbike only. The streets of Seminyak can get quite jammed so the best way to get around is by walking or renting a motorcycle or bicycle.

-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us.
