We came at a very unplanned hour, so the service was very friendly and helpful. The staff members, Aisha and Iris, were so kind to help us. It's wonderful to have that level of service so early in the morning. They also offered to assist us with everything we needed in the city, from booking bank appointments to getting sim cards.

Stayed here for eight days, and it was very last minute ordeal due to our situation, the Manager, Amish, was very accommodating and worked diligently and quickly to see what he could do for us. We got in as soon as we needed, great service right there. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Great experience in an unexpected situation.

In our journey from sky to sea, we were traveling through Cache Creek, and we had to stop at Cache Creek. Even though we only had a room on the first floor, the clerk who gave us our belongings was exceptionally friendly and helpful. In the room, there were used cans, dust in the shower and wash basin, and the door appears to have at least once been broken apart. We could possibly keep the dirt in the room down, but since the ground-floor room is directly across the street and only has a safety bar door lock, there were no additional security measures. In fact, I was able to see through the door slits.

I got a call on the day of our arrival and the staff asked if we should turn on the AC to cool the room down in the heat of summer. The room was very comfortable and with great quality.

It's not all wrong with the room. Just have to say that the lady who checked me in late at night was wonderful. When I departed the following morning the guys working there let me stay a bit past the checkout time and helped me carry my luggage to my car. No food, but the dennis in front of the place is actually quite good.

Excellent experience in a strange circumstances. I stayed here for 8 days. Due to our situation, it was a very last minute ordeal.
