A spacious villa with 270 sqm with 2 floors, features 3 bedrooms: Pandawa Room - 27 sqm, Melasti Room - 19 sqm and Ungasan Room - 25 sqm with additional children room - 9 sqm. 2 living rooms equipped with smart tv, gazebo at balcony with ocean view, swimming pool complete with sun lounger, kitchen gourmet complete with coffee maker, bbq tools, laundry room, and wi-fi - all modern facilities needed to feel “homey” when away from home are provided here.

The guests who stay at Moritz Palm Villa will get complimentary,  such as a personal butler, breakfast with a choice of American Breakfast or Indonesian Breakfast, fruit basket and welcome drink. The guest can also order a BBQ party that will be served by the butler.

A trendy coffee table, two chic single chairs, and sun loungers with a plush cushion pad are provided in this villa which are perfect for poolside refreshments and any outdoor activities. Adding a touch of fun to the luxurious setting, this villa also provides a pool float which can be used for therapy, swim assistance, relaxation, or aesthetic appeal of your social media pictures.

Living Room Area: The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all elegantly combined into one contemporary, fashionable, and efficient space in this open-concept living area. The living room is designed with modern comfort and entertainment in mind, providing a central air conditioner and a ceiling fan to maintain a comfortable environment, catering to all seasons. The seating area is adorned with soft sofa pads and cushions, along with supportive sofa bolsters, making it an ideal spot for gatherings or quiet moments alone. The living room also provides an entertainment setup that features a 65-inch TV, complemented by a high-quality sound bar and a subwoofer, providing an audio-visual experience for movies, music, or any multimedia content. 

Kitchen and Dining Space:  The design of the kitchen and dining open space ingeniously combines three key elements: the warmth of wooden brown home furniture, the earthy tones of natural stone, and the classic black color, creating contemporary elegance. In the dining area stands a wooden dining table, surrounded by matching chairs. The rich wooden tone of the table and chairs serves as a beautiful centerpiece. A 43-inch TV is placed for optimal viewing pleasure and entertainment purposes. The addition of edelweiss decoration further complements the eco-friendly design while the seagrass laundry basket adds a natural touch. This bedroom extends its luxury with a kitchen sink set and a gas stove, creating convenience by incorporating elements of a kitchenette. The bathroom's extensive facilities are also provided which include a hairdryer, bathtub set, toilet, shower set, vanity mirror, etc.

Other 4 Bedrooms and Ensuite Bathrooms: The other four bedrooms and its ensuite bathroom pair with the villa design, following the stone colors and wooden furniture styles, echoing the essence of nature. Upon entering the bedroom, the room's aesthetic is further enhanced by the use of rattan in both the amenities basket, and the laundry basket. Furthermore, each of the four bedrooms features a bolster, pillows, a cushion, a hair dryer, a safety box, an air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. Meanwhile, in terms of bathroom amenities, we provide the guests with a vanity mirror, shower and toilet sets, a wash basin set, etc.
