It was my first trip to Alor Setar. At first I was doubt to booked this hotel cause i thought that the location is not at the City center. But, I considered with the facility they offered so finally i chose to booked this hotel. The things that i love from this hotel were: 1. Th location, eventhough it is not at the City center but it is located REALLY beside Rumah Tun Mahathir maybe just 5 -10 steps 😁. If u want to go to the other tourist places u can reach them by Grab and pay star from RM4-RM15 from this hotel 2. There is deposit RM50 when u check in and u can get it back when u check out, as long as u can keep the check paper 3. There is lift 4. I travelled to Alor Setar by bus and i arrived at Alor Setar around 10 AM, I have noted in this apps that i would do early check in, the staff said check in must be at 3PM cause the room that i booked was not available yet but in 12PM the staff permitted me to do early check in. 5. The staff, girl or boys, we're sooo friendly 6. There were iron and iron board in 1st floor 7. When u ask the staff to clean ur room, they will do it, change ur towels, give u new shampoo, tooth brush and paste, new 2 drinking waters everyday 8. The AC were work and cool 9. TV was digital u can watch YouTube 10. Wifi was speed 11. Hot water was work 12 . This hotel have two cats. It were Oyen and i forget the name of other cat. If i have an opportunity to visit Alor Setar, i will surely book this hotel again. This hotel is sooo recommended

Hotel yang bagus dan dekat ke area Alor setar , mungkin kalau dikasih Loby yang ada sofa tempat duduk lebih bagus. Buat orang menunggu taksi atau chek in / chek out,
