Nice surprise while touring Switzerland. Easy to find, simple and deliciously scented hotel. The best combination of traditional buildings and contemporary interior furnishings. Automatic checking is simple and fast. A short morning stroll to the hotel's breakfast spot until I was welcomed. Everything works as planned. Beds are comfy, and white in the room, and the bathroom just underlines the cleanliness of the hotel Schlift. Quite clean and fragrant place.

I stayed here for one night. The room is modern but small. There is also a very small table. The room does not have a cupboard, which may be annoying depending on the fabric you have. Checking is done via an outside terminal, works and is simple to use. I had no contact with anyone, but I guess they are kind. Breakfast is nice but in another hotel, 700 m from Schafli hotel. We went there. Food is not available at all, and this is easily accessible by car in minutes.

Check-in was easy and quick. The room was bright, clean, and handy, and it was also strategically situated so I could start my morning jog near the river. It's also within walking distance to the city center and commodities. Parking is free. As I said, I'm what I needed for a short stay!.

Although the main hotel was full, the room 22 had a little boutique apartment vibe, so I was delighted to discover it. The espresso maker was a lovely addition, and it was quite neat and tidy. Be cautious because rooms 21 and 22 are in an attic with an unusual layout despite the low eaves and wooden beams. Avoid these two rooms if you're over 180 cm tall.

I'd better think twice about staying at this hotel. I stayed there once a while back in 2013. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and the cleanliness of this hotel and felt that this hotel is in a terrible condition. I found the room to be very small and could not sit on the chair at the desk.
