Overall, the hotel is rated 5 stars, but it is tired looking and in need of a resale. There's not much to do in terms of shopping, and Istanbul is far without transportation. The rooms were very clean, the bedding and towels were changed daily and the maid was great even though she didn't speak English. The reception staff was helpful if they spoke English. If you like salads, cheese, and soup, there is a lot of choices for breakfast. I had toast most mornings, and we had our tea bags.

The marina park hotel is now known as this one. It is located opposite the largest buyukcekmece state hospital on the major street that passes through Istanbul. It is a short stroll from the metro bus. First of all, this is not an all-inclusive luxury hotel and does not claim to be. This is an exceptionally good value hotel with the finest staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. From the receptionist to the room cleaners, breakfast staff to the managers. A wonderful customer centred approach. The rooms are large and clean, safe bathrooms. Despite being a bit older, they are immaculately clean. Really comfy beds and clean, fresh bedding. The bed is incredibly comfortable and has a clean, fresh fragrance. There are enough towels for one bath and one face towel per person. There are additional pillows in the wardrobe as well as a room safe. Rooms come with a refrigerator and a kettle with tea bags, sugar, coffee, and water. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and connections are strong in all areas except the breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent, with a decent selection of cheeses, cold meats, salads, various dip-type dishes, hot options, yogurts, fruit, and bread. Plenty of tea, coffee, and water. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is fantastic. The room is Mediterranean and the atmosphere is ideal for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a strategic location, clean with comfortable beds, and stunning bathrooms. This hotel has an amazing front desk. He aided me with our list of things to do and see, and we were able to plan our schedule for the 2 days we were there. This hotel is great for us.

Overall, everything was pleasant for us and we will definitely return to this hotel. I stayed in Hilton Gardens for three weeks and I have to say that the hotel staff was extremely friendly. Staff was always willing to help and support us with whatever we required. The location was ideal. Easily get what you require from shops and restaurants. There were fun amenities nearby for kids. There was a lady called Villa, who was wonderful, very friendly, and the fact that she could speak English made our stay even better. She recommended a ton of great places to take the kids. I would without a doubt suggest this hotel to families. The hotel's food was tasty and reasonably priced. Beautiful garden to unwind during the summer. Great laundry service for kids.

I often wonder if the hotel was used, since I stayed here before and I got old furniture, like the place didn't have a shower, I asked for fresh water, and when I came back it was so strange because there's no daily mineral water, so I have to ask the receptionist for water. In the bathroom, there are 2 clean towels folded, and there is one towel hanging behind the door. I asked the cleaning staff for two new towels, and they also gave me 2 old towels, which she doesn't understand. Breakfast was very satisfying and great in a large dining room. But one young woman employee rudely stole my used plate in front of me without saying excuse me.

We have two more friends who have to leave the hotel, two of them left later for the exhibition at the Arada By Wida Beylikduzu Istanbul hotel, for the event, between July 14 and June 2022. A few of the colleagues left earlier than expected because the booth was set up. For the event, the total number of persons was over 30 and 212 nights were total. We spent 200 nights since there was no one. After drafting the deal with the hotel, some of our colleagues were given new check-in and check-out dates that were revised, and the hotel said that if a visitor's stay gets shorter than the contract stipulated, they may apply no show. It may be their right to do so, but we have not heard anything similar situations in Istanbul with the other hotels we have stayed in during previous exhibitions. The hotel we had earlier stayed in in Istanbul in the wow airport, princess maritime, europark hotel, Marina hotel, and novel. We informed the hotel that if they provide us with a specified time before the show that then, they may make some adjustments in the reservation dates after that date no changes can be permitted. However, the hotel said that if one of the rooms we paid for was already booked, one of the other had a surgery. Then, the hotel kept those rooms empty or sold to someone else. Although a short stroll from the metro bus, it has strong transportation links. Firstly, this is not a complete luxury hotel and does not claim to be. With the best staff, this hotel is incredibly affordable. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. From the receptionist to the room cleaners, the breakfast staff to the managers. An excellent customer centered approach. The rooms are spacious and equipped with tidy bathroom. Even though they are a little older, they are immaculately clean. Very comfy mattress with clean, fresh and odorant bed linen. One bath and one face towel per person. Along with a room safe, additional pillows are available in the wardrobe. There is a fridge and a kettle with tea bags, sugar, coffee and water in each room. WiFi is free throughout the hotel and the internet connection worked in every room except the breakfast room. Cheeses, cold meats, salad stuff, several dip type dishes, hot choices, yogurts, fruit, and breads were all available for breakfast. A ton of tea, coffee, and water. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I have stayed in the best hotel in Istanbul over the past 6 years in terms of everything service, location, value for money, cleanliness, food and menu, dinner was included and it was amazing because the highly experienced and highly skilled chef and his team. I was going on a business trip for a week. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. There is a small store in the lobby for any essentials. The bar and restaurant were lovely. The bar staff in particular was fantastic at remembering our favorite drinks and snacks. The gym was excellent, quiet, and well-equipped. Would stay there again.

During a brief firefighting break, I stayed here. On the first night, they were unable to accommodate my request for a preferred location because they were out of stock, but General Manager Arun was kind enough to order a change of room from the previous night. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and airy, with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea. Food was simple, well prepared, fresh, and delicious. WiFi was mainly adequate. Overall for the cost, I was very pleased and would not think twice about staying here or recommending it to others.
