I stayed here for one week and had a great experience. I'll never stay here again for another week, I have no doubt. 1. One week. For two days, no drinking water is available in the room. 2. Two housekeepers keep asking where is the face towel and hand towel. When asking for bottled water, the housekeeper provided supplies but looked around for towels again. 3. When you check out to make a payment, the front desk asks for towels once more. Worst, by requesting payment and signature by presenting a written form with the amount shown in US dollars, which I have confirmed that the towels are on the desk. Payment was processed and we got to the taxi stop, all I heard was yelling and saying good bye. Check your cut at 5:15 am, 11.30. Fortunately, I still met the majority of the friendly people during this journey.

Overall, I have no complaints because I had a great sleep at this hotel. It is far from the old quarter. The hotel is excellent, clean, and roomy. What I was given in reality was a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room, work table, shower, and bathtub, as well as a microwave! The first odd aspect of it is that it has glass see through toilets. Although blinds are used to close it, who wants to let another person see through while they are using the toilet? I don't think it's sexy at all. Anyway, it has excellent personnel, is tidy, and is tidy! It has an outdoor putting green, a 24 hour gym on the rooftop, and an indoor pool on level 4! If you have a putter, you can enjoy a beautiful evening sunrise over Hani from the rooftop, albeit it is badly bent. My only complaint is the limited selection for breakfast. There is a small cafe on the ground floor next to the lobby. The cuisine is terrible at all. My advice? Just stroll down the street, if you see someone selling bread or baguettes, just get them, they are delectable.

Overall, they are fantastic. Staff is pleasant and responds to our request. Environment is comfortable and location is convenient, nearby restaurants and stores. It would be better and more professional if all staff understood English.

It's a relatively new hotel and while not all the facilities are available, the one opened was sufficient for my needs. The staff was friendly and polite, and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Just be aware that it's not near tourist areas. It's a very cost effective business hotel.

The overall reviews are excellent. The employees are helpful and kind. The setting is excellent, the environment is pleasant, and the restaurant and convenience shop are close by. It would be more professional and good if all the staff could speak English properly.
