This is our first visit to this place and I must say that it was really interesting. Great campsite location with luxury camping, huge shade trees and a clean environment. It is well maintained with lush green grass and a clean environment. Near the river with a great deck for drinks. Excellent, hospitable staff that is always willing to assist but in an unobtrusive way. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the tranquility!

We spent the final two nights here, and some would say it was the finest. Because we were a group of 16 people, we were the only ones remaining for those final two nights. Our tented lodge overlooked a pool where thick-billed weavers were nesting. Our bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was sculpted in that way, being made of wood and natural stone and tastefully constructed. Lovely shower, double basins, and good toiletries. An outdoor kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and all of the self-catering kitchen was on the veranda. Eggs and bacon were prepared to order for breakfast and were served on the buffet. The meal for evening was three courses with a set menu and was fantastic. They have a well-stocked bar with a decent selection of wines. We went on a fantastic sunset cruise with drinks and snacks, and the birds and wildlife were fantastic. Excellent wifi. I suggest.

The staff is wonderful, so the experience of speaking with some people during the reservation was wonderful. The restaurant manager was friendly and attentive. The pool is wonderful during the hot months. The room was spacious and clean with a king bed that was comfortable. They also have wifi. The wifi was also so fast, as well as the bathroom and shower. It's so cool that you can use an outdoor patio where you can enjoy the food. The wifi was fantastic. The room was so clean with big size and very comfy.

Our accommodation was fantastic! The owner was willing to assist us to stay and escape the pandemic. Our stay was comfortable. We arrived because the world was shutting down for the Couid 19 pandemic! Only able to remain for 5 nights after home orders were returned! We could hear the lions robbing across the river, the hippos muttering straight up from our cabin, and we could see the elephants come to the river for a bath! Shade trees, lovely grounds, green and lush, and well-kept. We were able to see the birds on the property, which were entirely ours. The staff was friendly, the cuisine was excellent, and the cabins with an outdoor table, microwave, and fridge were ideal. The sunset cruise, which included snacks and beverages, highlighted the abundance of birds and mammals on the Zamboni river. Our tour guide, Alfred, described the riverrising, the trees, the baboons, etc. The local Simonga village women had useful crafts to sell. The wifi worked flawlessly.
