Unser Aufenthalt im Marie Al Deluxe Apartment war leider eine durchweg negative Erfahrung. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Wir erhielten keinerlei Informationen zum Check-In und mussten das Apartment stundenlang suchen. Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Vermieter zunächst nicht – erst später erschien er. Beim Check-In erfuhren wir, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt war, obwohl er in der Anzeige ausdrücklich als vorhanden angegeben war. Wir sprachen den Vermieter mehrfach darauf an. Seine Antwort war jedoch völlig respektlos: Wörtlich meinte er, wir seien jung und sollten uns „nicht so anstellen“. Für eine Nacht würden wir das „ja wohl schaffen“, ohne Fahrstuhl auszukommen. Unser Gepäck trug er zwar bei der Ankunft hoch, am nächsten Tag mussten wir es jedoch komplett selbst wieder heruntertragen. Zusätzlich traten gravierende Mängel im Apartment auf: • In der Nacht fiel die Wasserversorgung im Bad komplett aus (Toilette und Waschbecken unbenutzbar). • Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab und überschwemmte den ganzen Badbereich. • Das Fenster ließ sich nur einen Spalt öffnen. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Buchungsangaben und bot nicht einmal grundlegenden Komfort. Besonders das Verhalten des Vermieters hat den Aufenthalt für uns sehr belastend gemacht. Wir fühlten uns respektlos behandelt und können dieses Apartment keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.
