Really loved the hotel, especially private beach and the pools. I would say there isn’t much to do around though, but ideal for just a beach holiday!

Flott rom med gode senger. God service. Bra utvalg i frokost bufeen. Bassenget er 3 minutters gange fra hotellet. Her er det bar ved bassenget, restaurant og isbar. Stranda ligger ca 5 min gange .Hotellet ligger i en liten landsby Gjiri Lasejc Durres kommune. Durres sentrum er ca 45 min kjøretur herfra. Tirana likeså. Alt i alt fornøyde med oppholdet. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Rauhallisella alueella upea hotelli. Allasalueelle ja yksityiselle rannalle vähän kävelymatkaa. Aamiainen runsas. Mitään ohjelmaa ei hotellilla ole, joten jos kaipaat sellaista, niin kannattaa valita jokin toinen hotelli. Alueella ei ole julkista liikennettä, joten jos haluat Tiranaan tai Durresin kaupunkiin, vuokraa auto tai mene taksilla (25€ suunta). Durresin keskustaan on 45 min ajomatka. Hotellin lähellä olevalla rantakadulla on viihtyisiä ravintoloita viikon tarpeiksi ja hinnat ovat edullisia.

Fint hotell som uppfyller alla krav som ställs på ett bra hotell. Nära hav med gratis solstolar och en kortare promenad till fint poolområde som delas med annat hotell. Nära till 3 olika mindre affärer varav ena inom ett par minuters promenad avstånd Lagom med alternativ till frukostbuffen. Restaurang med fokus italienskmat saknar dock varianter av maträtter från balkan.

Great place to stay a couple of nights. Good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids (3y, 1y old). Pool area was good and close to the beach. We can recommend to stay here a few nights to chill and relax.

Me boyfriend and I had a great few days in the hotel. The breakfast was great. Only had lunch in their restaurant once. Other days we had dinner and lunch on the beach. The room was very nice and they cleaned it every day. I had a massage which was very good. The pool was great, except for the loud music. Beach was nice too, just a walk away.

Heel mooi, schoon hotel. Op loopafstand van een leuk, rustig strand. Wij waren hier van 3 tot 10 mei. Het was jammer dat op dat moment het seizoen nog van start moest gaan en nog niet alles gereed was. Het zwembad bij het hotel was nog niet gevuld, sommige gerechten op de kaart nog niet verkrijgbaar en veel strandtenten in de buurt nog niet of beperkt geopend. Mocht de pret niet drukken, hoor! Personeel was heel vriendelijk, lekker ontbijtbuffet, mooie ruime kamer.

Fint hotell, behjelpelige i resepsjonen, ingen andre ansatte på hotellet kan noe særlig engelsk, utrolig dårlig service i hele Albania. (Kan fort sitte i 10 minutter på restaurant uten at noen henvender seg til deg)

Un très beau complexe hôtelier loin de tout. Il est indispensable de prendre un taxi pour se rendre à Durres (30 euros aller simple) ou Tirana 25 euros (aller simple). L'hôtel est retiré de tout même pour visiter la cave il faut prendre le taxi et comme c est loin c est forcément cher. LA piscine extérieure n'était pas ouverte. Le restaurant est très cher et peu savoureux. On m'a servi un cake encore congelé et même si je l'ai dit au serveur il m'a été facturé alors que je n'ai pris qu'une bouchée. J'ai commandé des pates bolognaises avec soit disant du fromage et de la viande je la cherche encore. Je déconseille fortement le restaurant mais peu d'alternative aux alentours car à 20h30 les restaurants étaient fermés. Le personnel de l'hôtel est la plupart du temps aimable.

Ein früher Check-in war leider nicht möglich, obwohl das Hotel nur minimal ausgelastet war. Ein Frühstück wurde uns für 40€/Person(!) angeboten, was fast so teuer war wie der Zimmerpreis/ Nacht inkl. Frühstück. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass an diesem Tag aufgrund der wenigen Gäste sogar nur ein à la carte Frühstück mit sehr limitierter Auswahl angeboten wurde. Am Abreisetag gab ebenfalls nur das eingeschränkte Frühstücksangebot à la carte. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Matten und Geräte waren jedoch nicht gereinigt und schmutzig. Der Innenpool war sehr schön und der Bereich wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Leider ist es nicht möglich, das Hotel getrennt von der Strandanlage zu bewerten. Der Strand ist der absolute Horror. Die Auflagen für die Liegen sind ALLE voll mit Fettflecken und Essensresten. Überall liegt Müll herum und an den Sonnenschirmen findet man Babywindeln und hunderte Zigarettenstummel. Der „Privatstrand“ wird fast nur von einheimischen genutzt, die 2000 Lek für die Nutzung entrichten. Der Lifeguard Turm war in 6 Tagen nicht einmal besetzt. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist sauber und gepflegt und eignet sich besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Leider ist es mit den Bettdecken etwas schwierig. Es gibt nur Bettlaken. Wir mussten viermal nachfragen um eine Decke zu bekommen. Am nächsten Tag fehlte sowohl der Deckenbezug als auch die Decke und es ging wieder von vorne los. Auf den Zimmern lässt sich die Balkontür nicht verschließen. Es gibt zwar einen Griff, aber der hat keine Funktion. Fahren Sie auf keinen Fall mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die 5. Etage. Dort angekommen lässt sich der Fahrstuhl nicht zurückrufen, da es keinen Rufknopf gibt. Einige Gäste erzählten, dass sie sich dort oben eingesperrt hatten. Das Personal ist allgemein sehr bemüht, ist aber teilweise etwas überfordert mit den Zuständen im Hotel. Positiv zu bewerten sind die Sauberkeit auf der Hotelanlage selbst (ohne Strand), der Service vom Personal, die große Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten zum Frühstück, qualitativ hochwertige und moderne Ausstattung des Hotels.

When we arrived the hotel staff told me I had cancelled my booking. I assured them this wasn’t the case. They did manage to find us another room after a while. We had 1 roll of toilet paper so asked for some more, we asked 4 times but they didn’t bring any so we went and got some from the shop. The room we stayed in was nice but really unfinished. In the shower there was a big hole in the ceiling where work still needed to be done, the contactless key communicator fell off when we shut the door and the air con worked in the living room part but not the bedroom.
