Very friendly service, and lots of staff to fulfill your every request. Small shops and delicious restaurants are only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. Also the hotel has a restaurant and bar. Family friendly.

I recommend this resort to everyone because this place is more than suitable. The price and the view are great. The staff are friendly. They have beach and a full bar. I love your vacation and I'm gonna return.

My favourite part is that there is no elevator down the four flights of stairs from reception to the beach area. There is only an elevator to the rooms below reception. There was also a tractor, dump truck, and scattered debris in the beachfront area, where a tractor and dump truck appeared to be under construction. Excellent location, close to the downtown promenade. Excellent facilities, plus extensive free parking, a couple of beaches with clear blue water, a large swimming pool, and a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel restaurant was excellent, especially the seafood and fish dishes. Breakfast included substantial eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, cheese platter, cold cuts, pastries, and other items made for breakfast. The front desk, restaurant, and bar staff were always very polite, attentive, and eager to help. The following day, they installed a new set of wifi access points on our floor, which eventually resolved the problem after we reported that our wifi was weak and inoperable! One drawback I dislike is that there is no elevator down the 4 flights of stairs from the beach area to the reception area. Only the rooms above reception are accessible by elevator. Additionally, some of the beachfront area appeared to be under construction, there was also a tractors and dump truck, and scattered debris. We sincerely hope they restore this area shortly to enhance it's beauty

Is it worth the money? My impression is that this is, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in the area, but be aware that poor customer service was a letdown because I had been looking forward to it. The hotel is immaculate and female employees worked the entire day to clean the hotel. The breakfast was regular, and they served it up right away, therefore cold eggs if you came later. Breakfast staff didn't know anything about customer service in a five-star hotel, and their out of town, unless collection of waste and plates cost very little, so I'm not sure why such poor service didn't try dinner or lunch. I'm aware that this is probably one of the best hotels in the neighborhood, but be mindful of not excellent customer service, which was a disappointment. They won't receive the training to provide the service expected at such a resort if you pay the low wages of your employees, I suppose.
