The wine that we got was so good, the service is very decent and affordable, as the room was spacious and also had all the necessary amenities.

I cant even begin to describe this hotel in words. Over the Christmas break, my partner, me, and I spent six nights here. It was amazing! In addition to the breathtaking grounds, the comfy rooms, and everything from the eatery to the ambiance is delectable, the personnel truly makes you feel at ease. Montserrat is a lovely woman who keeps the hotel in excellent shape, Sebastian and the rest of the waiters are incomprehensiblely nice, and the list goes on and on. One morning, we complained about the wifi when it was unavailable while they were remote workers. Being in Cafayate is no easy feat! The Christmas Eve celebration was my favorite part of our stay. It was one for the novels, such a magical evening with the hotel staff and the other guests. I would stay in Cafayate somewhere else. Im hoping I could be back to altalaluna now!.

This hotel is located in a stunning location with mountains on either side, mature trees, and green lawn. It's a bodegas Hotel where I had a nice massage in the spa. Wifi is good, they have a 10 mbps line and numerous ubiquiti access points. The one outside room 11 is currently not operational. Less good service at the front desk and restaurant takes time, this is not the place to be if you are in a hurry. Office did not have ink for their printer, so was unable to print out the invoice. Winery tour not available. Their better wines are not available by the glass and their basic wines are not to my taste.

Last year I spent a few days at this hotel with my family and was pleasantly thrilled. The hotel is traditional but warm and peaceful, and the rooms were tastefully furnished and spotless. They had a restaurant we frequently used because the food was excellent at a reasonable price and offered exceptional local wines. The pool by the vineyards has a beautiful view of the mountains and you may spot a variety of birds, both large and small, flying by and coming close. The yard is large, and it entails you to sit there, unwind, and take in the beauty and tranquility of the place. People and service were always friendly and correct, albeit a little slow at times, this is just the vibe you get from the entire neighborhood. On our last day, we had massages in a room with a view of the mountains, which was the icing on the cake. I will undoubtedly return to this location in the future in an effort to replicate the wonderful experience we all had.

The atmosphere is calming and perfect after our journey to argentina from Peru. The food and wine served here is from a local tuna bodega and is great.
