I would not return to this hotel. We chose this hotel because of its proximity because I needed to be in the Balvanera district as well as being part of the Armada lodging line. The hotel is close to restaurants, the nearby public transportation, and the asbestos shopping center. It was not worth it for the cost of breakfast, despite the fact that it included breakfast. On weekends, there is loud music playing until 200 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was only cleaned twice during our ten-day stay and the towels were changed once. Each time we took shower, the bathroom burst. The bathroom was in disrepair. The sink was unreliable. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were two lamps in the room, none of them had light bulbs. We had issues with the air conditioner because it would spew hot air in the middle of the night.
