The people. Both the morning and evening staff at reception, the breakfast staff, the housekeepers, and best of all, the dinner-time restaurant chef and waitress. All-around great. If you're there a few days, try all the soups! And the avacado and shrimp salad. Really, try it all. Please leave a good tip in your room for the housekeepers. They work hard. I hope they keep their chef. His soups, salads, and fish dishes are primo.

Wonderful view from the 2nd level cozy sitting room! We felt immediately super welcome, got some unplanned small lunch because we were starving, all the staff were super friendly and the lunch box for the Petito Moreno excursion was heavenly! On the last day we got super early breakfast with warm croissants, it was just a suberb stay.

No quesito conforto, somente um ponto deixou a desejar: A cama do quarto nao era de casal, mas sim colocaram duas camas de solteiro em paralelo transformando em uma de casal. Isto tornou desconfortavel na hora de dormir, pois separava bastante eu de minha companheira. Formava um "meio" bastante alto que incomodava. Na questão de restaurante, fomos pego de surpresa por nao funcionar na sexta a noite para o jantar. Foi sugerido jantar em um restaurante proximo. O que nos atendeu perfeitamente,, mas poderiam ter avisado ne checkin. no mais a hospedaria é excelente. Fomos sempre atendido no restaurante pela Sara. Uma pessoa maravilhosa, sempre atenciosa, com muito bom papo no atendimento e muito discreta tambem. Sempre sugerindo boas opçoes e acertando sempre! Parabéns a Sara!

スーパー、旅行会社、バスターミナルのある中心地より徒歩1時間。タクシーは70ペソ（約550円）。ホテルからタクシーを呼んでもらったが、数分で来るし、迎車料金は取られない。ツアーバスなどはホテルにで送迎可能。部屋は広くゆったりしている。テレビのリモコンがなかったので、本体のボタンを操作した。英語のCNNが見れた。ベットはシングルベットをくっつけてあったので、ゆったりできた。枕元の電球が1個故障したままだった。バスタブ付きシャワー問題なし。朝食は普通で、フルーツポンチは美味しかった。ホテルでツアーはカード不可と言われて、市内の旅行社で予約した。タクシー代がかかるが、また宿泊しても良いホテル。ホテル前の湖でチリフラミンゴや黒襟白鳥などがいた。４日宿泊で氷河ツアーで２日、エルチャルテンで日帰りバスで１日使った。只エルチャルテンは現地滞在時間６時間。バスターミナル１１時でフィッツロイ山が良く見えたが、１３時にカプリ湖到着した時はガスで良く見えず。登山道は初心者コースで問題はないが、山の景色は朝や午前中が勝負なので、午後はあてにならない。やはり眺望を考えて、また奥の氷河を見るためにも全日必要なので、エルチャルテンは日帰りでなく、１泊した方が良い。

El hotel es lindo en general y las habitaciones muy amplias y con muy linda vista. Nos tocó una habitación en el primer piso con una gran ventana y el problema era que cada tanto pasaba alguien caminando (del hotel, empleados o huéspedes) por frente a la ventana lo cual era muy incómodo ya que se veía todo hacia dentro del cuarto. Recomiendo pedir de antemano una habitación en el segundo piso para evitar esta incomodidad. El otro problema es que queda lejos del centro, son unos 40 minutos a pie o entre $60-70 pesos argentinos de taxi. Si resulta o no un inconveniente dependerá del intinerario de viaje y presupuesto de cada uno. A mi me resultó un poco incómodo. Si bien hay wi-fi en el hotel (área común), no hay en las habitaciones. Por otro lado, una chica de recepción nos vendió una excursión que describió mal. Nos dijo que tenía una parte de trekking y fue en parte razón por la que elegimos la excursión pero no era así, así que fue decepcionante. El hotel sin embargo tiene un mirador que es un living con un gran balcón en un 3er piso muy lindo y con una vista espectacular. Un día que no quisimos gastar en restaurante compramos comida y bebida en una panadería y cenamos en el mirador, estaba muy lindo realmente. La limpieza de las habitaciones, presión de agua estaba correcto. El desayuno también me pareció muy bueno. Lo recomiendo en general pero a tener en cuenta las observaciones mencionadas.
