Housekeeping service is offered for guests who book for 8 consecutive nights.
Important: Artique enforces a no-party policy, which may result in eviction with all monies forfeited for those who choose to ignore this policy. Artique also advises that it is not adequately resourced to provide the level of security and supervision normally expected in a resort accepting Schoolies. We take the wellbeing of our guests and their families very seriously and as such, wish to advise that, as a duty of care to all guests, we do not permit the check-in of any guest or group of guests attending (or here to celebrate) the “Schoolies Event”. If you are visiting the Gold Coast to celebrate the Schoolies event (Nov/Dec 2023 and 2024), we strongly urge you to select alternative accommodation. Should it be identified that any guest/s are intending to stay at Artique for the purposes of attending the Schoolies Event, then Artique reserves the right to refuse check-in and 100% of the cost of the accommodation will be forfeited by the resort unless agreed otherwise by management.LOW SEASON: No deposit is required and full payment will be charged to the nominated credit card 7 days prior to arrival. If the 7th day prior to arrival occurs on a weekend or a public holiday, then the amount will be charged on the latest available business day prior to 7 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, then full payment will be taken at the time of booking and no refund will apply if cancelled. MID/HIGH SEASON: No deposit is required and full payment will be charged to the nominated credit card 30 days prior to arrival. If the 30th day prior to arrival occurs on a weekend or a public holiday, then the amount will be charged on the latest available business day prior to 30 days before arrival. HOWEVER FOR THE PERIOD 23 December 2023 to 18 January 2024, 21 December 2024 - 15 January 2025, a deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
The property does not accept Schoolies bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures, or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. For this reason, the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies Period.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of 200 AUD upon check-in for every room except the 3 bedroom sub penthouse which is $1000.Please note that payments with Amex have 2.95% processing fee.
