During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct, you also agree to:
Check-in is any time after 2PM and checkout by 10AM. A late check out will incur additional fees. Please note this is a residential property and sometimes things do break. We will endeavour to fix them as soon as possible but a reasonable period must be provided before compensation will be paid.

Please note that if you are arriving outside of business hours (those being outside of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) key collection can either be made
- Or our property manager will endeavour to make other arrangements. Should a third party be required be to deliver keys to you outside of business hours then an additional fee of $50 may apply.
Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbors, and

Please note if your stay is longer than 60 nights an additional $55 cleaning fee will apply.
