Children up to 3 years of age are free when using existing bedding.Group Booking PolicyTo ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, group bookings are subject to the following conditions:Groups may book a maximum of four accommodation spaces as part of a standard (non-exclusive) booking.Bookings of five or more accommodation spaces require the property to be booked on an exclusive-use basis.Exclusive bookings provide private access to the entire retreat and are subject to separate pricing and terms.If multiple reservations are made separately but are identified as being part of the same group and exceed four accommodation spaces in total, we reserve the right to require the booking to be converted to an exclusive-use reservation or cancel the booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
