Accidental, negligent or wilful property damage will be repaired at the cost of the guest.
If using the dryer, please ensure all sand is removed from beach towels and clothes prior to putting them in the dryer.
Guests are required to keep noise to an acceptable level at all times, but most especially between 10pm and 8am when people are trying to sleep.
Accidental setting off of the smoke alarms may result in the fire brigade attending, and a fine from the fire department. These fines are expensive and are passed onto the guest.
Any missing items other than consumables, will be replaced at the cost of the guest.
Turn off the air-conditioner when you go out so it’s not running all day, to avoid additional usage charges.
