Family of 5, we booked last minute and it was such a great decision. Room was so big and clean, lovely service with all the extra touches to make our stay that little but better. And pet friendly! We rebooked for our next stay.

Modern, clean, minimal, spacious. Great service, everything you might need for a comfortable stay - microwave, mini fridge, milk included, tea and coffee sachets, biscuits. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and clean linen. Ample parking. Very close to Fernleigh Track (15km shared walking/cycle track, a must do when in the region). Only tip would be to request for a room farther from the entrance to stay away from the highway noise. Much better condition than the next door motel lake Macquarie motor inn, also cheaper surprisingly. The owner at the next door motel was really rude and unprofessional - we decided to cut our stay short and were really lucky to find vacancy at the Belmont palms.. we'll stay siding at the Belmont palms. Thank you!

The property looks a little tatty from the outside, but its a real hidden gem. The staff were friendly, & nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, & whilst they maybe a little small, there was nothing wrong with them. My wife is pretty fussy, & she was surprised how good the Belmont Palms was. We travelled with family for a wedding & this place hit the spot in terms of location, nearby watering holes, & budget.

Check in was easy- just had to phone reception and instructions were provided over the phone, room was as per the photo, clean and sufficient, easy stay, just a short walk to the Belmont Golf Club, suited us and no fuss...

Customer service was incredible. The owner was very polite and accommodating. Room was nice and reasonably sized. Room was very clean apart from a dust on the back of the TV. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area
