Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable meal. The staff's attention to detail and the concern that the managers owners and owners showed for our business as clients really impressed me. In terms of cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully planned accommodations, this hotelmotel tops them all. It provides a respectable standard of service as a service provider in a relatively remote area of Australia.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When in the Kimberly, barry is a must. We did a little research and decided to go to the Boat Inn when we were looking for a place to eat in Derby. We both enjoyed the locally sourced beer. One with chips and salad, and the other with a verge. The barry was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables and salad were fresh.

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water but I think it was a bit overpriced. They have tea and coffee in the room and the tea we have in the hotel is good. It is difficult to park in front of the room.

As I have travelled past this hotel frequently, I have always wondered what it would be like. This time, I decided to stop! What a discovery! This hotel is so welcoming, and the personnel is fantastic, and the food is great value for money overall. If you visit Derby, the security is available, and the rooms are spotless and tidy, and the mattresses are comfy. Make the time to stay here and have a great night! You can't go wrong with this small find. You will always feel appreciative of the quality of the service from the company, and when you return, you will always stay with you.

Good secure parking,. Old but clean rooms. We were well looked after by all staff members. Microwave oven would of been good as lacking in cooking facilities. We stayed 9 nights whilst waiting for caravan repairs. Would stay there again.

We had two rooms at this property. The property is very old and requires repairs; holes in walls, peeling paint, broken tiles, broken bathroom fixtures. Blood on the wall in one room. Beds old and not in great condition. Shower drain blocked in one of our two rooms. Bedding and linen clean and fresh. Water was hot. Very limited options in Derby.

Couldn’t get access to property. Had to ring 7 times and ultimately jumped the fence and spoke with another resident to find the manager. Accommodation air cons not on so rooms hot for a long time. White ants in the skirting boards and pool green

I booked 2 rooms on Wednesday 25 September for my husband and me and the second room for an 83 year old gentleman. We were taking him to Derby to visit his old mate who is in a nursing. When we went to pick him up, he was ill and couldn’t go. When we got to Derby, we went immediately to the Boab Inn and explained the situation- they would not give us a refund or even move the booking to a different date. I was told to contact Hotel.com which I did. They said they would contact the owners and get back to me. I have heart nothing- needless to say we are pensioners and can’t afford to throw money away. There was no empathy or compassion! I am extremely disappointed with Hotel.com and the Boab Inn.

No working TV in the room as advertised. We moved room but still the TV was not working. Rooms were in need of maintenance. Reception was quite difficult to get hold of. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
