The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking underneath is difficult but secure. The room is well equipped with a good washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is outdated and needs a decent repaint. The pool indoor and outdoor is good and warm. The balcony is in a prime position to watch other hotels. I will stay here again.

We had our first family vacation and our stay was amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We made the most of the pool and spa and everything else was within walking distance. The staff at the reception were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

This hotel was not recommended, however, the rooms were not the best at all. This hotel had a bad bathroom, so when I entered the room, I saw the mold in the laundry cupboard, and the dust in the bathroom and the vents were only AC in the main room. But, the staff members that we encountered were so kind.

Good location, do not expect room service, wifi doesnt work on tv, air conditioner turns off in 2 hours, we sweat all night, very basic amenities. Bring your own salt pepper and groceries. No nonstick utensils. Luck to get a sea view room.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Nilai uang yang luar biasa. Staf yang ramah. Saya akan kembali tahun depan. Semuanya jatuh pada tempatnya. Lokasi ideal tidak terlalu jauh dari Jalan Caville. Ombaknya kuat jika lebih dari 3 kaki, tapi itu bisa menjadi cara santai untuk tidur.

This place is a great place to stay in the heart of surfers. Its close to everything and has a view of the ocean. The service and facilities are excellent. The indoor pool and spa are perfect for those cold days and nights. There are plenty of parking and activities. The apartments are wellequipped with everything you need.

We had a wonderful 9 days staying at tash and johns apartment. The apartment was spotless and clean and wellequipped for our stay. Tash was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Full use of all the facilities on site, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and sauna gave a great start to the day. Disappointed with the elevators constantly out of order. The location was exactly what we were looking for right on the beach, a short walk to the shopping centre, night market and some great restaurants. Highly recommended and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall, this hotel is decent, and i give it three out of five stars. Breakfree beachpoint is decent. There are numerous services. They offer a sauna, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a spa. The personnel are also very accommodating and kind. The setting is excellent. Along with the beach, cypress avenue, restaurants and stores, the tram station, and other attractions, it is right next to the beach. The view, which includes skyscrapers and the ocean, is breathtaking from my room. The hotels poor cleanliness was the main issue i had. The cleaners do a terrible job, so prepare to selfclean everything. When using the blinds and placing a blanket down on the sofas, i strongly advise wearing gloves. The room upkeep was also subpar. There was a smoke detector right next to the stovetop, and my kitchen extractor fan was broken. The elevators, particularly the one to the right, were also quite shady. The entertainment system in the rooms, which is actually foxtel, was fine, with the highlights being some of the films that were shown.

Excellent apartment resort with all the amenities you could possibly need Older style with spacious rooms and immaculate maintenance. Excellent location directly across the street from the flagged beach area. Beautiful garden area with bbq area with indoor heated and outdoor pools. Theres even a tennis court for a quick game.

First, the positive sides of the rooms are spacious. Just cross from the beach, unbelievable ocean even in a partial view room, nice book collection in the lobby. However, this hotel really needs renovations to avoid wasting such a beautiful location. The shower is incredibly slow. Each shower can take up to an hour. Hot water was unstable and required constant adjustments to reach a comfortable temperature. The wifi is pathetically slow, the speed test shows less than jobs and drops out frequently. Huge cockroaches in the parking lot.

Ive been coming here for about 8 years now. Love that the tram stops are right around the corner. Nothing to complain about. The staff is amazing. The cleaning lady is amazing. Parking under the building safe. There was a slight noise from the building next door, but thats okay if you want new apartments. Overall, we will be back.

We felt like we were on vacation the moment we were greeted. Had a short wait for the room to be cleaned, but we were able to leave our bags and go get coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Great location, great families and great value for money.

Weve stayed here twice, and each time has been wonderful and relaxing! The view, price, size of the rooms, and location are unmatched. Surfers have a variety of choices for lodging, but in my opinion, it offers the best value for money and service. Would be ideal for any occasion, from a girls trip to a family vacation to a romantic getaway. Nikki and the reception staff are incredibly accommodating and eager to answer any inquiries you may have. Well be back!.

I stayed in the ocean view apartment for almost a week. Very spacious and great location and views. I would have given 4 stars, but i had some minor issues eg, bathroom and kitchen cleanliness were fine but could have been better, a number of appliances were old, such as the old fridge and rusted racks, the old oven etc, allocated parking would be difficult for some people to park (noting it was free so can be forgiven, the rug was old and worn etc.

The overall experience was good. Although the kitchen had been updated, our room was a little outdated. extremely large and offers a fantastic view of the beach. I adored that beach toys and boogie boards could be borrowed. Both pool areas were excellent and spotless. However, Ive never experienced a spa so hot. It was almost chilly. And as well shallow as shallow. Its a bit challenging to just unwind. However, its in a fantastic location, across the street from the beach and just a few blocks down Cahill Avenue.

If technology, design, and furnishings give you the best value, check somewhere else. But if youre seeking a real beachfront apartment and excellent value, it's even better if you're an actor, their ocean view rooms are worth a look. We recommend enquiring about the older 3- and 4-star Breakfree Beachpoint apartments that are renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms. It only takes a short short walk to the Surfers Paradise shops, or you can take the tram to the nearby stop for a nonstop tour. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and any issues are resolved pretty quickly. I will definitely return.

In march 2019, my boyfriend and i spent a week here celebrating his 40 th wedding anniversary. The staff is the most lovable woman you will ever meet. The room was perfect, the views were breathtaking, and the price was great value for money. We will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay on the sunny gold coast to give these ladies a call. The light rail is only around the corner, about a 5minute walk, a 10minute walk to the heart of surfers paradise, and the beach directly across the street. What more could you ask for!.
