I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the room, disappointed about the smoke alarm going off a couple of times when there was obviously no smoke or fire, but I would stay there again.

Standard sort of "inn". Older a bit rundown but big shower with good pressure, aircon, tv etc. Very comfortable bed, quiet area. The pub had really good food too.

Our room was very comfortable. Love the restaurant and they had scallops mornay on the menu. Our favourite🙂We are staying in Bridport for another 3 days and will definitely go back to the bistro!

No security screens on windows, no screen on one bedroom window so did not feel comfortable having it open at night. Also, having smokers sitting outside your door/ kitchenette window and having smoke spead into the room. Smokers should be discouraged from smoking near rooms. Not everyone enjoys the stink.

The smoke alarm in our room went off at 2.50am and another 6 times till morning. It was not the only one . Therefore not a good nights sleep. There was no reason for it. There is no manager on site. There was a number to call but we just wanted to sleep. When I advised the receptionist on check out she said we just got them all checked and was going to report to the manager. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable
