The apartment is a good size, and the presentation is nice. The kitchen is good, but the oven isnt working. The view from the balcony is nice, but the pool isnt heated.

It was a very pleasant experience from the time i booked the trip with communication coming and clear and friendly, with easy checkin and smooth entry and arrival all moving like clockwork. Once at the accommodation, i immediately noticed the efforts to ensure that guests were completely catered to and was very happy with the premisis itself as it presented well and had a great energy not to mention how spotless and clean it was with attention paid to detail. During my stay, lines of contact were kept open if i needed assistance, the impression was that nothing would be too much trouble without being intrusive. Checkout was easy and the management were happy to allow me to check out late, which really helped with my later flight home. Overall great work 10 out of 10 keep up the great work, i will be back.

We are a 7yearold extended family and can highly recommend our 4bedroom apartment in the north tower on circle on caill, surfers paradise. The view was breathtaking, and every bedroom had a view of the water. The apartment was spacious, with a large living area and 2 1/2 bedrooms. Being on caill avenue is very close to all activities, and having a woolworths downstairs was a bonus.

The parking lot was a little challenging, but that might just be me. Central location, woolworths is very close, within walking distance of the night market, beach, etc., and a convenient taxi/pickup/dropoff station.

Fantastic setting, close to the beach, eateries, and activities. The vistas were breathtaking. A large apartment with enough space for a family of five. The gym, games area, and pools were all great with the kids. Q stay was simple to handle, and their communication was excellent. Even on a sunday, their maintenance crew was quick to respond to my request. The cigarette smoke that pervaded the apartment from the balconies above was the drawback. We had to purchase our own dishwashing powder and dishwashing liquid as well as one roll of toilet paper per toilet for the entire stay. I was going to give my own conditioner and shampoo, but not toilet paper, etc.

I would rate my stay 10/10 and will definitely stay here again! Love it. So close to everything, woolworths downstairs and only a short walk to the beach and esplanade. Beautiful full kitchen, bathroom with large spa and shower with good pressure. Beautiful large balcony to see the beach. The staff were all amazing and very kind. Nothing was too much to ask for, they were always willing to help with anything we needed. Made our stay extra special with a few surprises set up for my birthday.

We stayed on the 38th floor. Amazing views. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the gold coast.

We recently stayed at the matra Sierra grand in broadbeach in a room hosted by Q Stay. From the initial booking of our stay to the end and checkout. The team was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Check in was simple and we were greeted with a smiling face and a staff member who ensured we knew all the details about the ins and outs. The checkin video of how to get there was also a great help in getting to the office to collect the keys! Our room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils provided so we didnt have to eat out every night! The location was also great! I booked before reading some previous reviews as i might have questioned, but i couldnt fault our stay and we will be back! Thank you so much team, we really appreciated it!.

I have stayed in so many places on the gold coast but this has been the best place we have ever stayed. From the ease of booking to the contact from the owner to the cleanliness of the room i couldnt fault anything about our stay. And the location is absolutely amazing, it wont disappoint with so many things within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again.

This apartment exceeded my expectations with its breathtaking views. The kids thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the sunrise from their balcony every morning during breakfast. Situated within walking distance to shops, various attractions, and the beach, this place provided a delightful getaway stay. There was something for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The staff was helpful when checking in. They made it easy with good instructions. The best location with views of the ocean and the city. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great. Good uber access, water taxi to the marina is a must. Loved our 7 days.

Excellent location, close to a patrolled beach and a short walk to camill avenue. The pool is excellent. Our apartment lacked basic necessities, especially in the kitchen, and there was no spare toilet paper.

If you have a car, there is parking, but if not, tram is close by. The supermarket and specialty shops downstairs are ideal. The apartment is fully equipped, so you dont have to come home with dirty washing. The apartment was a great size for us.

We had a wonderful time. There were balloons greeted us as soon as we walked into our apartment, and my young 4yearold was ecstatic. The apartment was immaculate, and the icing on the cake was the soothing scent of light. The ocean view was fantastic, and we received a high level as requested. Our rooms spa was also fantastic, and we had a very relaxing stay. Cant speak more about the location, as there is a supermarket downstairs, and all wellknown restaurants are also present. The beach is only 250 meters away.
