Ignore the reviews. This motel was clean, the rooms are big, even has a kitchen. Added to that its 1 block from the beach and one block from restaurants, cafe and city centre. Sure it can be a bit noisy with traffic and rooms are old, but its alright and a great location

Central location handy to WIN Stadium, beach and CBD. Room very basic but spacious. All a bit aged and need of a refresh. Served the purpose of a visit to the Rugby.

The space of the unit...it's location was very good. Staff were friendly...the motel is aged but all amenities worked ...we were pleased with our stay. Stairs up to our room...parking first in best dressed situation...kitchenette good for late night snacks.

Perfect location and great price. The hot water tap handle in the shower kept falling off but that’s an easy fix and wouldn’t deter me from staying again

Didn't mind the 60's look of the room. It obviously hasn't had any upgrade since it was built but generous sized room. Very close to beaches & cafes so location is great
