This property exceeded our expectations. The room and amenities were excellent but without a doubt, Paula and Maria were exceptional. Their service and people skills were exemplary. Even Dom (from sales) was personable and excellent. We wish him all the best. Club Wyndham Dunsborough really impressed us. The heated pool, the parmy and pint deal, the e-bikes and laundry facilities just made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Family friendly with a two bedroom place. Kitchen was fully equipped with detergent, sponge, paper towels and even a colander. Didn't get to try hiring the bicycles but we had fun with the pool, the floaties and direct access to beach. It's a shame there's no outdoor shower immediately visible in the pool area for families towing wet kids around. It was a tad weird that the tap for the bathroom shower are located far away from the shower head.

We had a self catering apartment that exceeded expectations. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The apartment was very large and comfortable. So much space! The staff were very helpful also. The hotel facilities were excellent, with inviting pool area, communal BBQs, gym etc. The beach was only a couple of mins walk, which during our stay was very quiet. The only slight -ve was the constant road noise from the main road. A number of windows at the front had mesh ventilation which allowed the sound to travel.However, the back rooms (sitting and bed) were far enough away for the sound to be reduced. It was not defeating, but noticeable.

Great hotel, lovely room, the pool and outdoor spa were great to use, gym is small and has a water filter. As with most south west hotels, the rooms weren’t cleaned daily and you need to clear your own rubbish. The nearby beach isn’t worth checking out though. I would give it a weak 10/10 due to their self promotion and not being honest saying the presentation would be 16 minutes after I asked again but I’ve read it goes for 90 minutes. Listening to their intro during check in was getting annoying as we wanted to chill after our long drive.

During this time there will be a bar service available from the Bayview Lounge at the resort (1st Floor). Open 4pm - 9pm, 7 days. There will be a limited food menu designed for takeaway only from the Bayview room.
The restaurant's operating hours for breakfast is from 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Wednesday to Sunday only. Dinner is served from 05:00 PM to 08:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday only. Restaurant is not open for lunch.
