What a lovely place to stay. Everyone was really helpful, the beds were really comfy, and everything was spotless! We had a great time and would definitely come back. The cocktails and pool were fantastic! You can reserve parking for 1/3 of the price if you show the valet your disability sticker or card! So worth it.

This place is a great place to stay. The service and location are excellent. The only issue was trying to get an evening meal. Everything is occupied. There arent enough restaurants to accommodate the number of people visiting the area.

Saya baru saja kembali dari paket dua malam dengan pemandangan sungai paling menakjubkan untuk ulang tahun saya. Staf yang ramah dan kompleks baik-baik saja, meskipun beberapa masalah seperti mengupas wallpaper di kamar kami dan beberapa tempat yang bukan bintang lima. Hanya beberapa kantong teh yang disediakan. Lantai kamar mandi belum dipel, tetesan urin di toilet dan di hari kedua layanan masih ada. Kalau tidak, sangat bersih. Tidak dapat menemukan daftar harga untuk mini bar selain sebotol besar air $14! Layanan kamar mengenakan biaya pengiriman $7 dolar! Kolam renang pada tanggal 9 Februari ditutup tepat sebelum waktu makan siang, tiga tingkat teratas untuk acara dengan tiket. Itu baru dimulai pada jam 3 sore. Jadi itu berarti seluruh area tidak dapat diakses oleh tamu yang membayar banyak kamar! Para penggemar makanan dan minuman lebih baik sarapan pada hari Minggu pagi daripada hari ini, stafnya jauh lebih baik pada hari Minggu dan lebih banyak bicara. Makanannya cukup dingin dari beberapa bainmarie. Setelah mengatakan semua bahwa staf menebus kesalahannya dan saya terpesona tetapi seluruh kompleks mahkota biasanya baik untuk itu. Talk about lamb dressed as lamb! The hotel is lovely, but it must have been constructed with balsa wood. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything from the rooms around you as well as people using the bathroom in the room above. When the door next door closed, it shook the whole room. The only redeeming features were the great location and gym. I wont stay here again. Pro tip. Dont pay $50 for the hotel buffet breakfast. Walk 5 minutes up the river to optus stadium where the city stadium serves delicious bacon and eggs with a spectacular view of the city.

Saya dan teman saya bertemu dengan seorang petugas yang ternyata adalah seorang wanita cantik bernama Coco. Kami meminta pembalut dan dia bertanya berapa banyak, 10 per 10 sudah cukup, tetapi kemudian dia bertanya apakah kami ingin cokelat dan keluar dengan mangkuk terbesar dan mempersilakan kami masing-masing mengambil 3 pembalut. Coco memiliki layanan yang luar biasa, tolong segera tingkatkan gaji wanita ini.

Our time at the crown tower hotel was fantastic! The room was roomy and spotlessly clean, with a cozy bed, a fantastic view, and a fantastic location. The housekeeping staff at 16 F, marivic, mariflor, and theresita, did an excellent job of keeping our room immaculate. We were particularly pleased with how quickly they responded to our request for additional towels, slippers, and cups. They were courteous, competent, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel rooms are clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The service is amazing. I appreciate the nightly turndowns and chocolates. The pool is definitely the highlight and if you get a room with a city view the sunsets are stunning! Love how the room controls could all be made on the iPad. The food is average and a bit overpriced. If you dont have a car you can walk 25 minutes to the cat bus stop which comes frequently and goes directly to downtown and is free. Would definitely stay again!.

Saya sangat menyukai masa inap pertama saya di Crown Towers. Satu-satunya alasan saya memberi 4 bintang untuk kamar dan lokasi adalah karena bak mandi perlu dibersihkan sebelum digunakan dan seharusnya ada peta yang dikirim setiap kali reservasi. Tempatnya sangat luas! Saya bingung dan akhirnya harus melewati area parkir bawah tanah ke kolam renang untuk mencari check-in, tetapi staf kolam yang ramah mengantar saya ke check-in dan dari sana semua staf luar biasa! Kamar 1122 benar-benar menakjubkan! Pemandangan cakrawala kota, sungai, dan jembatan. Sungguh indah! Saya pasti akan tinggal di kamar ini lagi. Lebih baik lagi karena saya dapat menggunakan uang deposit saya untuk makan dan minum tanpa biaya tambahan.
