Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
No parties or events permitted.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction.
No smoking inside the property.
Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out and BBQ cleaned. All rubbish is to be placed in appropriate bins.
At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools.
Please respect our property and ask they leave it as you found it, neat, clean and tidy.
Behaviour Expectations: We do not allow large pets inside the home. We do not allow animals on the indoor furniture.
Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guests numbers.
Noise: You are located in a quiet neighbourhood and we ask that you do not allow your pet to make excessive noise that may disturb neighbours or other guests.
HOUSE RULES - Pets
Please remove your shoes at the door. Our homes would rather you leave the outside, on the outside.
No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply.
Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings.
Responsibility: As pet owners you are responsible for any damage (inside or outside the home), including shed fur or smells (inside the home) caused by your pets. You will be charged for repairs or additional cleaning fees.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout.
Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform.
Cleaning: Do not wash your pet inside the home. And be sure to clean up after your pet and their business in the yard.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out or the keys/card are lost a replacement/callout fee will be incurred.
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee.
Please take out rubbish before you check out and ensure the large bins are placed kerbside for Council collection on the appropriate collection day, if the collection day falls within your stay.
We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible.
Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control.

Pets
