PAYMENT POLICY: - Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. - Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. - Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. - Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway ReslyPay. - Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 1.45% + 0.22c ReslyPay transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. - Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. - Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. - COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. - Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
