Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card, and 3% charge when you pay with a American Express, Diners Club credit card.Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat (KVGCR) will require a physical Credit Card upon arrival for golf and accommodation regardless of whether your booking has been paid in full or if there’s a balance remaining on the account.KVGCR will take a $100 preauthorisation as a security deposit which will be refunded to your card within 24 hours upon check out providing no additional cleaning is required or damage to KVGCR property has occurred.Please note that this refund can take up to 7 to 10 working days to show in your bank account, this time may vary depending on who you bank with. If a physical card cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse entry and potentially cancel your booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
