To start off, i want to appreciate all the front liners. They really give the hospitality new meaning. Very friendly, swift, and listening. The hotel also is good for going around, especially when you go for goldcoast marathon, because the race pack venue is just 400 meter away. On the race day, the tram station is only 500-600 meter away, just in front of the RPC venue. The hotel also is surrounded by good food in the star ( the casino) as well as the locals (just walking distance from the hotel)

The ocean is a quieter location because it's about halfway between broadbeach and surfers paradise. The same goes for surfers paradise. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The room we stayed in was fantastic. It was incredibly spacious and featured 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, and the master with a walk-in rod. The kitchen has an ocean view, a large dining table, and a lounge. Despite not having a coffee pod, it's fully equipped with everything you need. The unit's full laundry has a washer and dryer. The pool, spa, and sauna are all lovely. Gavin at the front desk was excellent, having excellent contact with him over the phone prior to arrival, and being extremely responsive to any inquiries. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Would I return? I still doubt it. Back in march 2021, I booked a three-bedroom apartment for five adults, and four other families who also traveled up from Melbourne to stay at the same hotel all of which also had a three-bedroom unit. We somehow drew the short straw, we were assigned room 11 on the ground floor what a dump! They have not updated this apartment in decades. Main bedroom sliding door rollers were broken so it was difficult to open rust stains on the wall shower screen, rusty shower rail. No soap dish, soap stuck to the bench top toilet seat looks like a bird chewed it. The dining room table had dirtfood debris in the cracks, couch was dirty, food debris around the edges, mold around the sink, cook top had food debris around the edges, utensils for cooking were not suited for use, fridge shelf as broken and could not support food. A third-floor apartment was also not included in the photos on their website. Because we could view our friends' unit far superior to ours, unit 20 on ith floor was the finest, with also 43 and 8.

Although it is dated, don't let it deter you. The apartment was enormous and the view was amazing. We had a wonderful five days there. The pool and the BBQ area were great, and Alex, who was at the desk, was always very accommodating! This was a last minute booking after some comid shenanigans, but we were glad we made it!.

Fasilitas dapur, mesin cuci sangat lengkap. Lokasi di seberang Pacific Mall dan 30 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai dan taman bermain anakanak. Biaya parkir murah.

Our first trip since 2019 and it was a wonderful relaxing experience. The room was clean and tidy and also the fact that there was a complete fridge and washing machine was great. The only negative aspect of our stay is the bad shower pressure and smelly shower drain. However, the receptionist was amazing.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, casino, and shopping. We were upgraded from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment. Beautiful sea view and mountain view from the apartment. Would stay there again.

The only drawback was that the neighbours next to us had a party the whole morning which echoed around the various hotels. Also, having a view of the pool from its second level can be irritating at times. In closing, we will definitely stay here again. The apartment is very nice, it has everything we needed for a stay. Shopping malls, restaurants, and beaches are within easy walking distance. The only drawback was that it wasn't the hotel's fault but the neighbors across the street had a party to all his morning, which was echoed across the different hotels.

We stayed on level 10 again this time with our family for a two bedroom. Manager Alex is as friendly as always! The apartment had a great ocean view and sitting on the balcony allowed us to enjoy the whole broadbeach! The room was very clean and the bathroom was recently renovated! I love the furniture style! 5 minutes walk to the oasis shopping center! Again spent the majority of the time relaxing in the hot spa! Ocean royale never let us down. Thank you very much again and we'll see you next time.
