For your convenience, a self-service guest laundry is available on-site and is open daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Guests are required to provide their own laundry detergent and other laundry products. Please note that use of the laundry facilities is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to clothing or personal belongings arising from the use of these facilities.
Government-issued photo identification of ALL staying guests (Acceptable forms of photo identification can be either Passport/Driver’s License/Photo ID)
Physical credit card used for the booking payment must be presented, otherwise, we will require the full amount to be paid again at check-in
Digital card, Apple/Samsung Pay, Mobile Pay and Tap & Pay are not accepted.
Deposit: Physical credit card under the registered guest’s name and $200 credit card authorization to cover for any incidental’s expenses (This would be reversed after 14 days if no outstanding charges), or $100 cash security deposit is required.
Cash deposit is refundable upon check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

Failure to provide all check-in requirements and deposit will result to unable to check-in and no refund will be given.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card.
Guest would need to bring their physical credit card on arrival and we would require a pre-authorization of $200 AUD OR $100 cash bond
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

The hotel will collect a damage deposit of AUD 100 cash or AUD 200 by credit card upon arrival. This will be collected in the form of cash and will be reimbursed during the check out subject to the inspection of the property.
