The location is perfect. The beach view is just across the road from the parking area. I have never seen many new buildings built with more luxury than this one. The location is really strategic, with beautiful views.

The Melaleuca resort is located in a great location in Palm Cove, and the gardens provide privacy from the street while offering spectacular ocean views from the decks outside each apartment. However, we were disappointed with the condition of our apartment, which was really old and in need of complete renovation. In particular, the whitewash had long since vanished, and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The blinds were particularly filthy, and the furniture had clearly not been moved in a long time, as we discovered when we dropped something on the floor that went submerged under the sofa. The managers, Stephen Margaret, were friendly, but we believed that their general hospitality was insufficient. We have contacted them about our problems, and they have responded stating that we are continually upgrading various items in the building. Priority will be given to the issues raised.

We spent 8 nights at Melaleuca and had a great time. Although there was a lot of afternoon wind and it was still too chilly to sit on the balcony most evenings, we had lovely etc days. The location is excellent because it is situated in the center of the restaurant district, directly across the street from the beach, and a short walk from the flags. We were able to make excellent use of the pool and bedroom, and the apartment was spacious and wellequipped. We would love to come back!.

I appreciate your hospitality, this is my second visit to your wonderful resort. The condition of the accommodation is nice and clean. The location is very strategic as it is right next to the beach.
