Overall, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation that is suitable for use. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Although the room was large and ideal for our needs, it required a thorough cleaning, freshening up, as well as some repairs.

The huge bathroom was fantastic. The room was immaculate. Excellent service was provided. Despite arriving late, the checkin process was quick due to the text message i received regarding my late arrival. Warm and serene is the room. A lovely welcome letter with a wifi password included in the light turned on. Without denying, ill return. In the center of the cbd. I was here for work, so ive probably needed reliable wifi.

The location is very convenient for everything. The receptionist named samantha was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately she wasnt available the day after we checked in. This place is beautiful, clean and safe. Highly recommended for travelers!.

I only stayed for one night, but i would definitely stay again for a longer period. Very impressed! Greeted upon arrival, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. Everything is available for the perfect stay, including utensils and dishwashers.

This place is highly recommended. What a fantastic location. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the rooms are peaceful. I got i onebedroom apartment, which is ideal for singles or couples. It had tastier separate kitchen and lounge. Although the carpets and balcony werent particularly clean, the rest was excellent.

Nothing was too difficult for mcbd, from the notification of how to access our suite after the reception had closed for the day to the replacement of supplies and luggage upon departure. Very convenient location with a tram stop out front, restaurants and theaters nearby.

The room is mostly clean, although there is room for improvement and a good bed, but otherwise very basic and functional. So if you just want to sleep there, thats fine. Very basic apartment hotel in great location in the city center with easy walk or tram access.

Dont let the location fool you. The rooms were so disgusting that one of us had bed bug bites after one night. There was no hot water and there were holes in the wall hidden by a lamp. Drain did not work and all toilets smelled like sewage. Spa bath did NOT work, it would not drain. Most of the lights didnt work or the stove stank. Tee at reception was the most amazing person we have ever met. Very helpful, funny and friendly. He has he heart of gold. This is the best thing that has ever happened to this place, they dont deserve him. It deserves remuneration and perks. We left the hotel after 1 night but received i fully refund. If ive ever come back, ill go back to visit tee. But avoid the motel.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and malls. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, which is only ten minutes walk from flinders st station and five minutes stroll from the lovely fitzroy gardens.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Myself and two friends had stayed here for three nights, and we were treated to incredibly pleasant service. The room was very cozy, with plenty of space.

The apartment was excellent, close to the tram and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying there. The staff is amazing, and the apartment has all the amenities you could need.

Selfcheckin was quite simple. It was our first time in australia, and we can confidently say that the location was excellent. I adored how close china town, qv, the Emporium, central city, restaurants, cafes, etc. were all within a few seconds to no more than ten minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was a bit hidden but managed to find it. The room was beautiful and clean, the service was nice and attentive. We had to keep using the stairs because the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor which wasnt nice, but everything else was really enjoyable and nice.

The location is excellent, with transportation options right outside the door or a 5 to 10minute walk to several train stations. The room was quite large, enough for one or two people, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer in my room did not work properly and would just wet everything without spinning or drying, leaving my clothes dirty, smelly, damp and left me without clean socks so i had to buy new ones. Apart from that, it was really good value for money compared to other places in the area.

The front desk staff was excellent, even though booking requests had not been fulfilled, she made it happen. She was also very polite and helpful, a valuable asset to the organization! The rooms required vaccination, especially around the edges, as they were quite dusty!.

The room was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen and washing machine. It also had comfortable seating and swathes of mattresses. Everything was immaculate. Although the room is dated, it wasnt obstruct its comfort for us. Being in incredibly convenient location made getting around trams quite simple. Without denying, i heartily endorse it. The staff was outstanding and extremely accommodating. Many thanks for it!.

I had a great time during my stay, the location is excellent, with the tram right outside the door, and the room is peaceful and pleasant with reeking of glass. Although the ace wasnt working, i can still use the portal heater, so everything is fine. Will undoubtedly return.

The blankets also have free yellow and brown stains all over them. After, the blanket has a stain free spot on it. Subsequently, even though the room was fine, i saw that the carpet had turned white socks black quite quickly.
