Mornington Peninsula Council's code of conduct for short rental guests applies, which includes:

*QUIET HOURS - daily 11 PM - 7 AM, that includes the backyard and anywhere near the building.

*NO - excessive noise such as cheering, shouting, playing loud music, singing, clapping, slamming doors, horsing around or creating any other nuisance that can potentially interfere with neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their premises.

*NO - aggressive behavior, scream, yell or fight

Other important rules:

*NO PARTIES, no gatherings, no play-dates.

*NO SMOKING

*NO eating or drinking in bedrooms

*Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the property.

*Ensure the air condition, lights and appliances are switched off when leaving the property.

*Only guests on the original itinerary are permitted in the unit and on the property. You may be charged an additional $100 per night per unauthorized guest. Host reserves the right to refuse additional guests.

*Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

*Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
