Any continued occupancy beyond the booking period is considered unauthorised occupation and may result in additional charges and further action.The property must not be used as a place of residence.Guests must not:Use the address for mail deliveryRegister the address for driver’s licence, banking, or government recordsRegister a business addressClaim the property as a place of residenceAny mail delivered to the property will be returned to sender.2. Booking & Guest VerificationThe guest who makes the booking must be present for the duration of the stay.All guests staying at the property must be listed in the booking.The primary guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group comply with these terms and house rules.Bookings cannot be transferred, assigned, or sub-let.For security purposes, the host will request valid photo identification prior to check-in matching the booking name.3. Maximum OccupancyThe standard rate covers up to 4 guests.Additional guests must be declared in advance and incur additional charges as provided on the platform.Children under 2 years stay free.4.
