• Make yourself at home. Feel free to use all facilities provided in the flat.
• We also provide complimentary coffee & tea and mineral water and milk to welcome you in your arrival.
• We provide basic amenities including fresh linen and towels, bathroom supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial wipes and laundry detergent packs to wash your clothes.
• Netflix and 1 Car Space in the garage

Check in and Check out:
• Check in starts from 3PM and finishes 8PM – Late check in starts 8:01PM and finishes 11:00PM - $50 extra fee.
• Check out by 10AM - follow the instructions bellow:
(If you have your car parked in the garage - firstly you must drive it out of the building through the gates using the access card and then return the keys (access key + door key) into the flat. Otherwise just leave the keys on the dining table and ensure the door is locked)
• Late check out by 1PM (its subject to availability and incur $50 extra fee).
• Late check out by 3PM (its subject to availability and incur $100 weekday and $120 weekend extra fee)
• Late check out by 6PM (its subject to availability and incur $150 weekday and $170 weekend extra fee).
Extras:
• In case of key lost we charge an extra fee of $150.
• In case of lock out we charge an extra fee of $50 during business hours and $90 after hours.

Important rules:
• Parties are not allowed at the property at any time.
• There is a home theatre sound system and its not to be used in loudly at any time
• Smoking is not allowed in the property (Balcony is smoking-free)
• Animals are not allowed at the property.
• No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

• Please don’t hesitate in contact us if anything is missing or if you require anything else.
• Don't wait till the end of your stay to tell us something is missing or broken or it was not as you expected.
