Ive been using the it ofmoney hotel apartments for the past six years. At first, the business had a restaurant, but it has since been closed, but still served breakfast. I was prepared to use this place because my previous experiences had been positive, despite the fact that there was no restaurant serving evening meals. When you checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, giving you the impression of being welcome. Unfortunately, that has changed, I recently remained for one night, and the adult lady behind the counter was at best cold and uninterested. I inquired if I could order a cold breakfast to take to my room because I would need to depart early the next morning, and I was promptly told that this was something they did not do. In an effort to explain, I requested if there was anything I could have, and was once more told no. I was somewhat taken aback by this because my reservation had been made with a chargeback for breakfast. The itofmoney hotel accommodations are in somewhat antiquated condition, and there are better alternatives available for the money. I have previously requested that the entity who pays for my lodging in Brisbane book at the itofmoney hotel, but I wont be doing this, and I will also be sharing my experience with the corporate travel agency and asking that this location be avoided for the greater circle of travellers. I've stayed in a variety of different accommodations

The location is also good. The staff is quite friendly, and we got a lot of free parking area too. They have some nice things like a peaceful atmosphere. They also provide enough off-street parking spaces. But I really recommend staying outside of the morning or afternoon peak traffic to make the entry/exit easier.

The price is not worth it for what we got here, this hotel is only located in the area with all the facilities are good enough with the clean and tidy rooms, and the bed and pillows, however, if it could be some renovation, the staffs are also very friendly and efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and this hotel should be refurbished if it could be a problem. I would recommend this to others, it is the only hotel in this area with so many facilities, cleanliness and quality.

When we go to the wedding in the afternoon and evening, we came here because the employees here were very pleasant, it starts with the buffet breakfast for Sunday, and it gives a good start to the day, also a quiet place. Besides that, we will stay here again.

This hotel has a convenient location. I stayed here for a week and also attended a course here throughout the day. The conference facilities had everything we needed and delicious freshly baked breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea every day. The room was very comfortable, clean, big and well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly. They have a meeting room and everything we need.
