It was comfortable. Kettle and toaster were quite new. Bathroom was small but ok. Location was great for All Aboard experience.

The room was neat and tidy . It looked like it had been recently painted. From the outside it looked alright. The hotel side was closed and empty, would guess it would eventually also be renovated. Overall it was good.

Opposite the old railway station but only a few minutes drive to town. It must once have been a busy bar and restaurant but mostly closed. It looks very uninviting and the rooms are old and small but we actually had a good night’s sleep and the shower worked well. Good value if you can get past first impression and not much else in town

Quaint motel. We’re a little disorganised as they couldn’t find a record of my reservation, however they must have sorted it out in the end. Restaurant meal of butter chicken was delicious, however the practise of leaving used cutlery in a box where you pay for your meal seemed odd. So was the fact that the garlic bread entree came after the main meal. The room was small but ok and had been renovated recently.

Toilet had not been flushed or cleaned from previous guest. Bed was old and mattress sagged in the middle. Surfaces were dusty. No plates or cutlery provided only small coffee cups and glasses.

Lady came after 3/4 hr to fix tv. Reception smelt of cigarettes. Bed hard, bathroom walls good, floor a disgrace, holes in ceiling for blowflys to come in from ceiling. Outside lights on all night. Curtains not blockout. Kettle, microwave & toaster clean. Only 1 teaspoon. No fire safety ! No fire alarm. Over night stay but couldnt shower because of dirty floor. Flooring needs replacing throughout room.

Run down and dirty. Sheets looked unwashed..cover had stains all over it. Peeled back sheets and had bug in the bed and a grass hopper squashed on the pillow and all bodily juices run out sticking it to the pillow. Floor and mat was filthy. Barely saw staff and noticed cleaning trolley next day had no sheets with it..not sure if they were being changed.

Dead and live insects (use fly spray). Filthy shower, around toilet, and floor with bugs. Ceiling about to cave in with extensive water damage. Bad paint job. Photos on website are misleading. We booked a week in advance so the room should have been clean - booked a double deluxe room. No where near 'deluxe'! Dont rent rooms and take peoples money f you dont have proper cleaners!
