The staff is very friendly, i remember lucie and her warm hospitality. She even recommended some nice events going on around. There was an electricity trip the first night so i was freezing in the room. The next night, i was offered a heater and then changed rooms the next day. The only downside is that phone calls to the reception are not always answered so sometimes i have to take the elevator down to talk to them. But aside from that, i had a great stay. The facilities are good and the services are top class. The rooms are very well cleaned. Love the smell of spa soap and shampoo. Very strategic location in the city center where all the shopping happens. Thank you.

Kami menginap di sini selama 2 malam dan sangat senang dengan ukuran dan kebersihan kamar serta layanan dari semua staf. Kami menikmati sarapan di restoran Eva setiap pagi dan senang dengan kualitas sarapan kami yang dimasak dan prasmanan dingin yang ditawarkan. Kemudian kami menikmati minuman di Blossoms Bar dan pizza berbahan bakar kayu. Semua staf profesional dan bermanfaat. Hotel ini terletak di Bourke Street kecil, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari Myers dan David Jones. Juga banyak restoran dan bar. Kami berdua senang dengan kunjungan kami di pusat Pullman.

The checkin process was simple, and the room itself was very pleasant. Its a great place to explore the city, whether on foot or via free trams. I was disappointed that blossom closed on Sunday nights, as it seemed like an important night to be open. However, the room itself was excellent, as always.

Teriakan keras untuk Roger di Evas Restaurant benar-benar luar biasa! Dia sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian yang membuat setiap sarapan terasa seperti awal terbaik untuk hari kami. Stafnya sangat ramah, saya ingat Lusi dan keramahannya yang hangat. Dia bahkan merekomendasikan beberapa acara menarik di sekitar hotel. Malam pertama listrik padam, jadi saya kedinginan di kamar. Malam berikutnya saya ditawari pemanas dan kemudian kamar diganti keesokan harinya. Satu-satunya downside adalah panggilan telepon ke resepsionis tidak selalu dijawab, jadi terkadang saya harus naik lift untuk berbicara dengan mereka. Namun, selain itu, saya menikmati masa inap yang menyenangkan. Fasilitasnya bagus, layanannya kelas atas. Kamar-kamarnya dibersihkan dengan sangat baik. Saya suka aroma sabun dan sampo spa. Lokasinya sangat strategis, di pusat kota Melbourne, dekat dengan semua tempat yang ingin saya kunjungi. Ukuran kamar (2 tempat tidur queen untuk 4 orang) juga lebih besar dari ekspektasi saya dan cukup bersih dan rapi. Satu-satunya downside adalah liftnya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya ada 3 lift di gedung ini dan pengoperasiannya tidak saling bekerja sama, jadi kami harus menunggu lama setiap kali menggunakannya. Itu saja. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini dan keluarga kami berempat pasti akan kembali ke sini.

The pullman city is a lovely hotel near all the action in chinatown. The selfuse kiosk makes checking in and out easy. The room was beautifully appointed with two large and very comfortable double beds. Wellstocked mini bar with high quality tea, coffee and alcohol. The bathroom was also great. Lovely shower with great water pressure and quality toiletry products. Ordered room service for dinner the first night and breakfast on checkout day. All food was very high standard and very delicious!.

I stayed here for work. The location was good and the staff were professional, not all were friendly. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. It was nice to have lots of options to watch things on tv to help relax after work. They have 2 restaurants and room service, but restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday. If you can prepare food for room service, why wouldnt you open a restaurant? The menu is limited and apart from the pizza there is nothing exciting about the menu. Its good that there are many dining options in the area as it is located in chinatown. The money they charge for food is absolutely not worth it as it isnt that good. Room service food always comes up cold. I was charged twice for my stay and the young girl at reception insisted i wasnt, even when i showed her my bank statement with 2 transactions. She just shrugged and said to speak to my bank. After taking this further, i was told i was right. We did charge you twice. I have to stay here for work but if it was by choice, i probably wouldnt.

We would definitely recommend and stay again. I stayed in the premium executive king room with my teenage daughter for a city escape. We loved the spacious room and the bathroom was great. The bed was warm and comfortable. Super clean. We were on the 5th floor and it was surprisingly quiet. We only wish the roof top bar was open on Sunday night.
