This apartment complex is in a prime position with a variety of restaurants and shops and one block from the lovely coast and beaches. But the apartments themselves are very disappointing. We were on the first floor with a balcony facing the busy set of traffic lights we asked if there was anything else available we had requested a quiet room but no, fully booked. The kitchen and living area are fine and the beds are good, but the bathrooms are pokey and dirty and the lighting is terrible. The carpets are stained and dirty and no, covering stains with a bug fluffy rug does not fix the problem! The air conditioning is completely useless and terrible noisy but you can't open the windows due to the constant traffic noise. And one wardrobe was full of stuff from a giant to. The rooftop pool area has spectacular views over the pumicestone passage and glasshouse mountains and there are pleasant, windy barbecue areas but the pool infrastructure has been so badly maintained by the body corporate and in desperate need of repair and renovation. When we were there the spa pool was cordoned off as the glass panels were unsafe after a recent storm. It is clear that investment is required to repair and renovate this whole area.

Room 504 had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large balcony, and amazing views. The pool was a little cold, but it was winter, so use the sauna. We didn't need a car as we could walk to all beaches and restaurants. Would stay there again.

All you need for a great family vacation in Caloundra are present at this magnificent resort. The location of the hotel is just 5 minutes' walk to the beach, 5 minutes' walk to cafes and eateries, 5 minutes' drive to Coles, 10 minutes' drive to Woolworths. The staff is so accommodating and friendly and the rooms are roomy with stunning water views, the rooftop pool has a tastefully decorated design, and we will stay here again in December.

Check-in lady was pleasant when we arrived. Was not all that happy when I entered the room. The first floor was rather noisy, with lots of traffic noise coming in and even hearing passing cars. The apartment was tidy but outdated. Toilets were poorly lit, and the separate toilet was tiny! Although good to and wifi. Comfortable beds but it's hard to sleep with the noise of the street. The rooftop area had a stunning view of the inlet and mountains. The pool was a fair size but cold! That area was fenced, but the wind still got under the fencing, making it difficult to stay comfortable or warm. When we went up there, we discovered that the spa was out of commission because of the fencing damage, which was disappointing, but later learned from the receptionist that it was caused by freak weather that hit the area. Call and see if it's available again if that's important if you're considering staying around the time of this review in mid-April 2022. There is no housekeeping. To summarize, look elsewhere.

We had a great time and loved the hospitality here. This resort is in a great position, walking distance from the beach, shops, and main street. There is an amazing restaurant across the street, as well as a fantastic pizza restaurant, which is ideal for those traveling with children or looking for a more relaxing dining option. The view is breathtaking, and the pool area is a fantastic place to unwind and take in the view of the glass house mountains. The apartment was great, with a washer and dryer and plenty of space for a large family. The only issue was the aircorn, we couldn't adjust the temperature in the bed room, and the outdoor unit is right outside the bedroom door, which is typically not an issue. Other than it was extremely old, loins and clunky when running, resulting in no sleep at night.
