Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guests from the property. Q1 Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain all accommodation fees paid.

A valid ID is required at the time of check-in and a copy will be taken. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless with parent or guardian.
All guests must be 21 years of age or over to reserve apartments during the annual Schoolies festival.

SCHOOLIES: 21/11/26 - 06/12/26: Q1 does not accept Schoolies. Q1 Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking during this time and all registered guests must be over 21 years old to stay at the Resort. Guests must check in on the scheduled day. Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. If you do not arrive at the property "No Show" you will be charged the total amount of your booking.
The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation.
The property will pre-authorize your debit or credit card which matches the name on the reservation for 1 Bedrooms - AUD 300 / 2 Bedrooms - AUD 300 / 3 Bedrooms - AUD 500 / 4 Bedrooms - AUD 500 / 4 Bedroom Penthouse & Presidential Penthouse - AUD 2000 upon check-in and drop the hold within 5 business day(s) after departure. Additional charges may apply for damages or extra cleaning.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. The property will charge a fine of AUD 2000.
: Lobby Modernisation (November 2025 – March 2026) -The ground floor lobby will be closed for renovation. - A temporary Reception & Tour Desk will operate just outside the lobby (air-conditioned) from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. - A second Reception Desk will be available 24/7 on Level 2. - Guest arrivals should continue via the main driveway for check-in assistance. - No impact to facilities – Day Spa and poolside furniture have been recently upgraded for guests to enjoy. Housekeeping Policy (Effective November 1, 2025) - All room rates for the property will be unserviced (no daily housekeeping). - Bookings of 7 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay refresh. - Daily refresh services are available for purchase at Reception. - This applies to new bookings from November 1, 2025. - Existing bookings will keep their original housekeeping arrangements.
Breakfast is available 6 days a week, and closed Tuesdays. Please contact the property for more information.
From December 2025 until April 2026, the Q1 Resort ground floor lobby is closed for modernisation. During this time the Q1 Resort Reception Desk will operate from our Level 2 Lounge 24-hours. Our Tour Desk and all recreational facilities are not affected by the lobby works.
If the rate is booked on an unserviced package, then the housekeeping team will not enter the apartment for the duration of your stay. The term ‘no housekeeping’ means the basic amenities (shampoo/ body wash/towels/ tissues/toilet paper etc) are in the apartment when you check in and not replenished during your stay.
You are welcome to get free replenishes of toilet paper, garbage bags and soap from reception 24 hours a day.
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer should you need to clean and dry your towels. If you would like clean towels from reception these are at a charge of $2.00 each.
There is a rubbish disposal shute on each floor for you to dispose of your rubbish at any time.
The housekeeping services offered include Mini and Full Service options for various apartment types, each with specific pricing. Mini Service involves making beds, restocking amenities, providing fresh towels, loading and running the dishwasher, removing rubbish, and cleaning floors as needed. Full Service includes all Mini Service tasks plus vacuuming and mopping floors, and wiping down bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Prices vary by apartment type: One Bedroom (AUD 40 Mini, AUD 82 Full), Family (AUD 44 Mini, AUD 112 Full), Two Bedroom (AUD 55 Mini, AUD 153 Full), Three Bedroom (AUD 72 Mini, AUD 225 Full), Four Bedroom Executive Spa & Penthouse (AUD 91 Mini, AUD 278 Full), and Presidential Penthouse (N/A Mini, AUD 405 Full).
Parking is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
