The two-bedroom cabin at the end of the row of cabins was where we spent the night. It was surrounded by trees, so there was not much sunlight or sun entering the cabin or balcony. Although the heating pump and other equipment were effective, the cabin was incredibly outdated and the floors creaked. The double bed featured Jewish linen, was cozy, and had the best pillows we'd ever slept in. Despite being warned that the cabin's wifi would be subpar, it seemed fine while we were there. It is suitable for a one-night stay.

We reserved a family room. For the cost we got, it was reasonable. Shame the doors didn't align correctly, but everyone near us experienced the same issue. Maintenance issue simple but. The bed doubled as a lounge, but the bed room allowed you to watch to in bed, which a lot of hotels don't provide. Since we don't typically stay in motels, I assume that's the difference between a hotel and a motel. It's nice to snuggle up and watch a movie when the kids go to bed. It wasn't like that the center door was automatically locked and there was only 1 key. It made it difficult for the kids to enter at night. There was a second privacy door, but it did not close properly. The second bed in each room was useful for the younger one. The checkin staff was excellent and knowledgeable. They were honest and non-snobbish. We didn't feel like we were getting infuriating them by asking them about activities. As the front is so narrow and the same car was parked there during our visit, there was no exitway. It's on the river and localized, so we could walk to most things. Shops, breakfast, dinner, etc. We just drove to activities, the zoo, and the museum. Take bug spray, we got eaten alive, but

I am so disappointed in this place. I often go here for work and I enjoy my time here. The hotel is spotless and nicely furnished, as is the bed. Oh my god, the beds are amazing. I wish I could work less so I could spend all day in their bed. Since I always reserve at the last minute, I'm starting to regret typing this. HAHA.

I have stayed here a few times and have always been pleasant. I was fortunate enough to have an early check-in which was no problem. The room is clean, the bathroom is small but enough to get you by. Nice and central to shops, etc. The motel's attached restaurant was busy, but we didn't drink or eat there this time. Gear Indian food is literally 20 meters down the road. Parking was easy and a nice pool. Always a good stay and always my first choice when visiting townsville. Thank you.

I only spent one night for business, the receptionist was very hospitable, and the first-class room was set on a central grass area with a pool. Well-appointed and classy rooms, the type of accommodation where you feel like you are miles away from anyone and could have easily stayed longer.

Recommended. The location was excellent. We had a decent meal at the restaurant on our first night. Parking around the place is relatively simple. It was worthwhile paying more money for a good room. Ours was excellent, a corner bedroom with access to the veranda one that went down two sides of the building with a separate sitting area and a bathtub. In the main bedroom, there was a fridge, a microwave, and a wifi area.

The employees were very helpful and courteous when I needed flowers that I had ordered from a rockhampton florist. They also made sure they were in a nice place. We slept well, the bed was extremely comfy. There is a nice view of the river across the street and the nearby restaurants. Moreover, the motel restaurant has a lovely setting.

I would stay here again. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Secure parking. Comfortable, clean, quiet room, bed very comfortable and bathroom big. When I had to find somewhere to eat, the guy at reception was so polite and suggested East on my way to the pub.

I had a great experience while staying here, especially at night with my dog. The place is ideal, located in the cod, close to restaurants, beautiful historic buildings, and accessible to the port. The room was very tidy and neat. The bed was very nicely done, and the staff was friendly. There are also extra touches like the water and milk in the refrigerator. The rooms are also nicely presented.

It is a 3-star motel. The staff named Rhonda was a pleasant and helpful person. But the room has a comfortable atmosphere with good storage and draws. It works as expected. Parking in front of the tour entrance.

The park is good not flashy, but the location is great. We had bikes and easy safe paths to the town center. Ride over the rail bridge, past a great pool and kids park then go to town along the river front. Coffee or dinner on the water, children's park for all ages or shopping in town center.

I adore this place. I travel here regularly for work and love staying here. The place is very clean, and the rooms are very well furnished. Oh my god, the bed is to die for. I wish I could work less so that I could remain in their beds all day. I start to regret typing this because I often book last minute. Hahaha.

When you arrive at a hotel, you never quite know what you will find. While the pictures are always great, we have been disappointed many times. I am happy to say that I wasn't one of those times. The rooms are adequate and clean, the shower is perfect and the management is very accommodating to anything we need. Beautiful restaurant and sports bar if you're looking for something more casual. Will stay here again.

The place is elegant but has a casual feel. The food is delicious, the drinks menu is extensive but reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. This is a great place to go for romantic dinners, family gatherings or parties.

I find it irritating that there isn't an internet connection. There are also no biscuits in the tea and coffee stash as stated in the handbook. I'm not sure if the local conditions are changing as I was coming to one transponder. Otherwise it was fine and peaceful.

I recently moved to Park Avenue with my partner. I enjoyed the food at the park ave he tonight and, Lord, it is wonderful! And for an affordable price! The bar is also good! Weve been to the bar several times. Such a wonderful atmosphere. You are really welcome here.

It is in the middle of the city. It is very central. Unfortunately the spa bath was tired. We stayed here for a few nights. I assume that it is used frequently by corporations to accommodate their employees given the number of civilized persons in clothing. Nice quiet room up a single flight of 16 stairs.

I stayed for 1 night. This park has a lot of toilets and showers which is a big plus. Also has a nice pool. No concrete pads, just dirt and a bit of grass. $ 36 a night, that's going up there.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for the money. The young man manager was very polite and accommodating in assisting me in finding a quieter room for the night. He was always available to answer my questions and give me advice about the area. Dee, was a welcome breath of fresh air on the front desk when I walked in in what can be sometimes a milky world of cheap lodging options. Yes, the bathrooms need to be renovated, the car spaces are tight, but the air conditioning worked beautifully, the room was quiet enough and clean, the bed was clean, the curtains closed and for 80 bucks a night, I had much worse. There was even a very clean swimming pool in the back. I felt secure as a single woman. When the person who greets you cares about you, it makes a big difference in a place. Thank you Dee.
